Where do I begin?? They really made it seem like they would bring my backyard vision come to life but over and over again they continued to miscommunicate or put blame elsewhere! We sat down with the project manager, gave him so many pictures of exactly what we wanted and said "We will make this happen! Everything in these photos." But in fact, did not. They started earlier than expected, which sounds fine, but the project manager did not let the contractors know exactly what to do. Project manager made it seem like we were on the same page the entire time but we were not. They cemented over our sprinkler piping and now we can't access it unless we break the concrete. They had not informed us of this at all before concreting!! We wanted this concrete seating and it ended up being shorter than what we had discussed. When we asked to make it higher, the project manager said he would charge extra...what??? It's not what we agreed upon so you'll charge me extra?? Even though I gave you several photos of what I wanted?? Odd. Frustrating. The workers themselves are nice and great. The person in charge of our project and all the people behind the company that we've shared our frustrations with...not so much. They would listen but not do anything to find a resolution...would not recommend at all. read more

My cousin Adam needed some work done at his house and asked for some expertise to make sure he does due diligence and does not get ripped off for his up and coming project. We called for an appointment, and they came to see us over the weekend. The project Adam had was to get new pavers an interior paint job. AAA green builders quoted us a great price and was very professional and attentive. Highly recommend giving these guys a call if your looking to install pavers or need help with a paint job based on my encounter with them. We worked with AAA Green Builders for our landscaping and backsplash. The work was done quickly with great results. I feel the cost of the backsplash was overpriced but after some discussion we were told we could not cancel it, even though they had not yet begun to work on that. I would have liked more communication with regards to our HOA approval. We were told they would handle the approvals but we ended up taking care of it ourselves after a 3 week delay with little to no communication from AAA. My husband was left out of the loop during the process and it would have been helpful for him to have been responded to, as he was handling the HOA part of things. Project manager was kind and very friendly. His price was very good as he came under 2 other companies. We came up with a plan for my small patio which consisted of rebar, connecting the roof drains to the patio drain, and then 4 inches of concrete. Before starting on the job, I asked if we could wait for HOA to approve the plans. Project manager insisted that he knew all about HOA and that they could do the job first and get HOA approval after. On the day of the project I was pretty disappointed as I noticed they did not put any rebar down and they also did not attach the roof drains to the main patio drain. I was at work so I was unable to stop them before the pouring of cement. It was my wife who I asked to take photos of the their progress every 20-30 minutes or so. By the time I had noticed they did not have rebar down in one of the pictures, they were already almost half way done pouring the the cement. I quickly sent the photo to the project manager and he then called the guy doing the job. Project manager calls me back and says they did not put rebar because they are putting stronger concrete down. I then ask that the price should be lower then but he says the price of patio stays the same because the stronger concrete costs more. I have no idea on the properties of concrete but nevertheless, I was upset because he was not keeping his word on our agreement. The worker then calls me and asks if I was to stop the pouring, but since he already started I tell him to just finish the job. Once the patio was done, I notice there is concrete splatter on some of my walls along with the sectional lines on the concrete were crooked. Whatever, all I want to do now is get this over with so we sent the application in to HOA for approval. Low and behold the plans are good except the HOA architect explains that we cannot pour the concrete all the way against the walls of the house. He states that there needs to be a 1-2 inch space between the concrete and the walls of the house to allow for contraction and expansion. I then tell the project manager that the patio is not up to code and HOA will not approve it. He says project is done and wants to be paid. However I tell him that I won't pay till they can get the patio approved by HOA. I then don't hear from the project manager for quite some time and call customer service. They tell me they will get on it however it takes a few more months of silence again before I call them for an update. They finally agree to redo the project. The second crew that came was very friendly and efficient. Within days of them coming over, they were able to get started on the project. First day, they broke up the old concrete and hauled it away. Second day, they dug trenches and connected the roof drains to the patio drain. Then they placed rebar down. Third day they came in and poured the concrete. So all in all, I was happy with the finished product of the second crew. The first crew did the patio in April of 2022. The second crew redid the patio January of 2023. We have sent the final photos of the patio to HOA for final approval. I have just paid in full for the patio but was assured by a different project manager that should HOA find something wrong again, they would fix it. I'll keep you updated. Would I recommend this company? This company has great customer service but learn from my mistakes. Be sure they get HOA approval before starting the project (if you have an HOA) and second, be present when they are doing the job so you can make sure things are going to said plans. 4 stars because they made things right. read more

A few weeks ago I had an employee of AAA green builders, (Rudy) come to my home and tell me about a job they were doing in the area. Rudy showed me some of the work they had recently done and offered me a discounted price on my bathroom remodel. Talk about perfect timing we were looking to get a few things done new shower tiles floors and sink. A AAA Green Builders then sent a project manager named Igor to my home. Igor showed me a ton of different samples for tiles and flooring and took a look at my bathroom and recommended a few options for showers and tubs. They gave us a great price with a great discount and did amazing work. I can't believe how Incredible it looks and they got it done so quickly and efficiently. Next year we're going to be looking to do some work in our backyard and without a doubt we will be calling AAA green builders.
