It was so bad and driving me crazy. This job was too small for others I contacted or they couldn't get to it for weeks. I called Homesource and Mark set up an appointment in just a few days. So affordable too. Mark replaced the hinges which helped immensely. That was the first of a two-part great job. After he left the door jamb started making cracking (?) sounds when opened and closed. I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good. Other places the paint was so thin that the wood or old color showed clearly through. They replaced some siding and left their trash on the property. I called and asked for them to remove the trash and finish the job, and they went back and did more work, but they didn't take care of it. The owner arrived to spend about 20 minutes screaming at me what a idiot I was and there was nothing wrong with the roof. I found out that the product that was installed was involved in Class Action Suits and a claim was warranted. Instead of assisting with the warranty claim they sent it to a another roofing company that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue.
