Since they had all the tools with them, I said that I'm fine with the repair. They were quick, efficient with extremely competitive prices. First of all, I had searched for new springs and found that, along with other steel products, they were in short supply at the usual home improvement stores. Rick had the springs that we needed in stock. He worked diligently until the springs were installed, the new opener was installed, and everything was working well. He even programmed my wife's car to open the garage door with the push of a button. He actually tried to get the old opener to work in order to save us the cost of the new one and the installation. The old one turned out to be shot, so Rick installed the new one. We were very satisfied with Rick's services and are very happy to recommend him to anyone with garage door issues.
