Not only did it turn out terrific, but Zach did exactly what he said he would. He was on time, efficient, clean and so trustworthy and professional. We won't be calling anyone else but Zach for further updates to our condo.

There were vines choking out the trees big enough for Tarzan and Jane to swing on. Then in comes Alexa who gave a us a very fair price, also gave us ideas on how to affect the kind of landscape we wanted, and executed flawlessly and got the job done all in a few hours., Believe me, this house had an enormous amount of overgrowth, so it was quite a feat. I had met with 4-5 different flooring companies that came recommended by Nextdoor neighbors, but after meeting with Jeff Roy, my mind was made up. As you can imagine, preparing a house for sale while still grieving a loss is not easy, especially when you don't live in the area. Sure, Jeff understands flooring, but he also has a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of real estate trends. He did not try to oversell, and in hindsight, all his advice proved to be sound. Jeff and his crew completed the work in less than two and a half days, working around the painters who had fallen way behind schedule. They removed the wall-to-wall carpeting on the upper level: one huge master bedroom, two smaller rooms, hallway, common area space, and stairs. The floors are gorgeous, giving the house a much needed facelift.
