I have worked with countless paint contractors in the 14+ years that I have been working in Property Management and I must say that I have NEVER worked with a contractor (of any kind) that has been as professional, diligent and committed as 5 Star!! Ariel, the owner, stayed in contact with me a few times a week throughout the entire process and honestly made it so easy for everyone from the residents to my staff. I would recommend 5 Star Painting to any and everyone that is in need for any paint work done to their home or business!! I promise you will NOT be disappointed with the quality and professionalism that you receive from 5 Star!

I too found Christina through Yelp looking for a reliable cleaner that would not only show up when…read morescheduled, but take pride in her work. I began as a condo owner first, then ventured into property management...Christina was a major reason for the transition and ultimately a successful new venture. Christina and her company do more than just clean, they are troops on the ground that help with all aspects of Vacation Rental mgmt and have experience from all angles. She has owned/managed her own vacation rental, has lived and worked on 30A, and has such high expectations for her team that following behind her is a waste of your time. :) As a business owner in Santa Rosa/PCB, it is hard to find consistent and reliable help....Christina and her team have provided this and more, but above all prioritize communication. This is a commonly overlooked aspect of a cleaners job, but has become one of the main things I look for. She is one of a kind and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cleaner on 30A and West PCB.

The upstairs bedroom looks fantastic! The walls and ceiling and ALL trim! I had met with 4-5 different flooring companies that came recommended by Nextdoor neighbors, but after meeting with Jeff Roy, my mind was made up. As you can imagine, preparing a house for sale while still grieving a loss is not easy, especially when you don't live in the area. Sure, Jeff understands flooring, but he also has a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of real estate trends. He did not try to oversell, and in hindsight, all his advice proved to be sound. Jeff and his crew completed the work in less than two and a half days, working around the painters who had fallen way behind schedule. They removed the wall-to-wall carpeting on the upper level: one huge master bedroom, two smaller rooms, hallway, common area space, and stairs. The floors are gorgeous, giving the house a much needed facelift.
