After fixing my kitchen ceiling light, he inspected my attic (I wanted to be sure no varmints were up there, etc.) and handled a couple of other projects. Rob is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with, as was Andrew, the first young man who repaired and fixed several things needing repair around the house. Honey Do has been wonderful for me! Brenda Bearden

We also asked them to replumb the under sink drain. $580...ok no problem, small price to pay to have it done professionally, right? wrong. leaks in the drain, which was some corrugated crap kit their "installer" picked up somewhere, leaks in the supply lines. was getting no hot water at the sink. Called to address the issue. they sent out the same guy and he said we must have a bad water heater. Some coincidence that the water heater died at the same time. We said, ok, need a new water heater. Bought one at HD and had a reputable plumbing company install it. Also had them replumb the drain under the kitchen sink the right way to do away with the leaking issue. Still no hot water at the sink the next day. called the plumbing company back out and they took another look at the faucet installation by Honey Do. The Honey Do installer had reversed the supply lines. Hot to the cold side and cold to the hot side. Lesson learned. Tried to contact them to request a partial refund. No email, no call, no text I'm a disabled Veteran with severe physical limitations on a fixed income and really couldn't afford the $1500 that we had to come up with to fix the problems caused by incompetent installers from Honey Do. Use them at your own risk.

I was approved for a VA grant to do the conversion. I set out to obtain quotes from multiple contractors. I hired CTG after meeting the supervisor John Roberts. He made it clear that the company would make sure my safety was priority and he assured me he could work with disabled veterans to meet their custom needs. A bench seat was designed to run along the back wall of my shower and grab bars were added in multiple locations in case of a vertigo spell. A handicap height toilet, and slip resistant vinyl tile was also needed. A man named Chris was the main contractor to do labor and installation. He is a seasoned professional and did a superb job laying my slip resistant vinyl bathroom tile. He knew exactly how to lay the tile pattern to make it look fantastic, and paid attention to detail. My shower and the seat he installed is sturdy and beautiful. My shower, tile, and handicap height toilet I am very pleased with. The supervisor John, made sure that I was completely satisfied with the final job. Before the job was started, I was able to meet with the company owner Bobby. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I felt confident in the company from start to finish. I think that this company's goal is customer satisfaction, and CTG as a team accomplished that for me. I will be hiring them again for future home renovation projects and will recommend them to my fellow veterans who may need their homes adapted.

Long review ahead:…read more We needed our two out of three of our internally fogged up double-paned patio glass replaced and to have the door track replaced/repaired. We contacted three local companies for estimates. One said they likely couldn't get to it for a looooong time (lots of new construction/storm repair going on in our region) and wouldn't even come here for an estimate. One eventually came out and estimated it would cost $7,500. Yikes! I suspect they were going to replace the entire patio frame holding 2 windows and the sliding door (three double-panes and the surrounding frame). Parts On Wheels came here the next day and estimated less than $2,500. There was a wait time for the glass from them, too for the reasons listed above. When the glass was finally available, they contacted me several times to confirm the date of work. They (Donny) showed up on the early side of the estimated time of arrival and got to work. He disassembled the frames that held the fogged up glass and re-assembled them around the new glass. He put a stainless steel cap on our old aluminum track (that looked and acted like a roller coaster) for the sliding door. Donny went above and beyond the call of duty when he started scraping paint splatter (from a rather amateur house painting) from the window that did not need replacing. We are extremely happy to be able to see our back yard through the patio windows again. Great job, POW!

Where I stated in the text confirmation (Nov 21) that I would not be home due to the fact of traveling for work and I would have a friend that would have to show up at the designated time. The technician showed up an hour early and did not send a text, email, or any form of communication so that I could notify my associate of the issues. Then the sizing for the screens were wrong so no actual work got done. After that they contacted me about rescheduling the appointment but I stated that I would rather have a refund due to the poor execution and inconsiderate timing of the technician without prior notification. I was then told that I could not get a refund due to the fact that the screens were already made... Which I then pointed out that the screens that were originally made were wrong and that I never confirmed the actual next appointment nor confirmed that I wanted them to proceed with their work till this conversation. The employee then stated "I will just have the owner call and deal with you"" which by then I felt was highly unprofessional and rude. About 10 to 15 mins later the owner calls and tries to remediate the situation but I stated how I felt his employee was rude for her prior comment and I just want my refund so I can take my business else where. He then proceeds to say, "I mean I can give you a refund. I am not worried about that little amount of money." This was the owner of the business and his employees that talked to a customer like this and with that being the case... I will never work with this company again.

That date came and went by several days. Called to follow up and was given another date. We finally received the total figure for project in an email from Damian...again late. We responded to his email saying his estimate was not attached and that our recollection from our meeting was that we would receive a detailed estimate. Got an email back from Damian that he was "taken back" by our response and he spent 6 1/2 hours on our estimate...he does not send out the estimate-we would only review that in a meeting at his office...blah blah blah. He then went on to say we would be better served by another builder!!!!! All because of a misunderstanding and that we asked a question!!! Dodged a bullet on this one! If Damian gets so upset over a simple question before securing the job, we shudder to think what he would be like to work with.
