It appears there have been some significant communication issues as we tried to triangulate resolution with a problem employee, our builder, and the center. My only regret at this point is that it took so long to connect with the folks who clearly stand by their business and their customers. Thanks again for making it right as soon as the issue was escalated.

The biggest problem with this business is scheduling. Never had a worse experience. Those ladies…read moreare the worst! When I finally did get someone to come out the gentlemen were fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I was ready to do business but the front desk ladies once again for weeks on end gave one excuse after another why I was on the schedule or wasn't. I had to contact them mostly because they never called me back when they said they would. I finally hired someone else who got the job done. Great technicians, horrible front desk. This business is losing business because of the ladies at the front desk. I sincerely hope the owner is aware.

I received a text from the tech the next day saying he'd been out and wasn't able to do anything but he'd send me the part # if I wanted to order it myself. I replied and asked for the part #. I went there (it's a cabin out-of-state) a couple of days later and could not find any evidence he had even been there. I texted him again asking for a part # but never got a reply. They've since sent me a bill for $117.43 for services rendered. I'm having a real problem with this as I don't even know if he went there, much less did anything. I finally got a part # when they sent the invoice weeks later. I'd already had it taken care of elsewhere.

I have now been without a working washer for a month and have decided to just fix it myself. I am appalled at such behavior. I am a single mom and $100 to get something vital in my household fixed is no small amount. I am so angry. Then, apparently, my renter did not help him understand what else it was doing. She sent a video and he told her DO NOT run it. It was off balance and needs further work. However, he told me when he would come back and never did! I have texted AND called multiple times, and he refuses to communicate. So, I wish I'd have just gone and bought a new one. Even worse, the washer I needed was on sale for 2-3 weeks, and now it's gone up $200. Plus, I'm out the $225 on the first repair! He acted like it would be relatively easy and inexpensive and would have still been less than the cost of a new one. He seemed like a nice guy, so I don't understand why he refuses to return my call.
