I was told I should get a new dryer but if not this one needed a new board, almost 500.00. When I set up an appointment for the new boards my daughter left work early to meet the service man, he didn't show and no one called or would answer the phone. I got a text the next day with a story about an emergency and scheduling another appointment. daughter got off work again and a no show. Got another text the next day with basically the same excuse but they would get in touch by lunch. Never heard from them. I hired a different company, extremely polite, communicative and came when he said he would. The dryer plug had worked it's way loose. He plugged it back in and all is good. What if I had spent 500.00 for a board we didn't need or worse bought new appliances. Under no circumstances would I consider using this repair service

Ultimately, the manager there threaten to take our tank TODAY if I did not sign a new contact right away. This is just bad business and wrong. The fact that the tank has already been leased out, filled, and paid for by the previous owner should allow me to take it over. Doesn't matter who paid for it. Update, at 5:10 pm today they came and took our tank. I didn't even have time to arrive home after a long day and review their contract. Very unethical business. Thanks for taking our sole heating before the winter! Do not do business with these people!!

We have to call and they just apologize only to do it again. I think it's very questionable to take money from customers with no notice or explanation. They also charge a very pricy "rental fee" for the tank each year.

Update: Initially Elite called back quickly. Repairman…read morearrived on time. Seemed knowledgeable. $150 for a house call & "minor" (as he called it) repair. We were happy... seemed reasonable. After he left, wife tried to use Dryer... no heat. He hadn't even checked to see if it was working. I called... no answer. Left a message. No reply. Called again next day.... no answer, another message. Later that day I sent a text... still no reply. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE. I guess he's really only in it for the initial call and charge... not a repeat customer or recommendation. Would have been a 5-star review, then a 2-star. now a 1-star.
