We sent a photo of the current water heater, and Brian came at 5pm, he checked the current one for power and water issues. Turned out the GFCI outlet was broken not the water heater. He replaced it and got the how water working. He was very honest. He had bought the new water heater and could have replaced it but he found the issue and fixed it saving us money.
