This was my Grandmother's home, and had 30+ years of living in it without a serious deep clean. I requested a deep clean and removal of trash, and was quoted a very fair price given the job at hand. This was a two day project, I helped as much as I could with pulling trash out of the home and providing cold water to the ladies, all of whom were very nice and professional, and did a great job. My home afterward looks completely different, I wish that my grandmother was still alive to see it, but I know that she is smiling at us from above seeing the great job that Sabrina and J did cleaning up her home. I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she…read morehas set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.

They showed up on time with all their supplies and a kind hello. I have never hired a cleaning service before so I have nothing to compare when looking for cleaning services, but with that said I am satisfied by the service provided. I especially love how clean my blinds are. I did take off 1 star because I did spend about 45 minutes after they left (which would have been shorter without my mobility issues-broken foot) putting stuff back the way it was. Books not with the spines facing out -put back sideways, pictures moved to wrong side of dresser or shelf, pictures on the wall left crooked after dusting. Coffee maker moved to other side of kitchen. Minor things that probably/hopefully don't happen when it isn't a one time job and the cleaners know the place better but still kind of annoying.
