The appointment was incredibly fast and I was only my way. Tiffany provided real time updates via text as the work progressed. I knew the estimate, when parts were ordered, when they arrived and estimated completion date. They actually beat the completion date by a day which worked out perfect with my travel schedule. First time at One Stop Car Wash & Oil Change on Saturday and probably my last. I arrived for a car…read morewash. There was a bit of a wait, but that wasn't an issue for me; however, if you are in a hurry, this may not be the place for you. When it was my turn, I asked the differences between the $30 and $35 car wash. I was told the $35 car wash included a wax seal on the exterior of the car and the $30 car wash did not include a wax seal but included the cleaning of my tires, exterior and interior. So I opted for the $30 car because that was all I needed. After your car is washed, you go to an attendant to get your exterior and interior cleaned (tires wiped, car wiped in the inside and outside, and vacuum). I waited for them to finish cleaning and I went inside to pay. The interior of the building is due for a makeover. The snack machine is empty, water didn't look clean and seating was limited. As I went to pay, I asked if they had Apple Pay. They stated they only take card or cash. Unfortunately, I had neither and wasn't told this in the beginning. Most businesses these days have Apple Pay. The reason for the two stars are because the ladies allowed me to run to get cash and come back and pay. I didn't mind doing that and kept my promise. However, once my car was done being "cleaned" I realized it didn't look like anything had been done to it. Trash was still visible, dirt on the inside by the gas pedal and brake area, and tires were still dirty. When I came back to pay, I mentioned it to a young lady and she was willing to vacuum the inside and clean the tires. She did a decent job and I was appreciative of her willingness to help but it still wasn't to my level of satisfaction. I also asked if the mats would be wiped and told it would be $2 per mat. This was interesting because most car washes would include this along with the interior cleaning. Nonetheless, I paid it but it was still very odd to me. After it was all said and done, I had spent about 2-3 hours dealing with the whole fiasco of getting my car washed, obtaining cash, and waiting for my car to be cleaned a second time, only to get home and spend another hour cleaning my tires and the interior of my car (and my car is not at all extremely dirty). Overall, this experience left a bad impression on me and for those reasons, I would not recommend this place nor return!

IMPORTANT - Please read before purchasing from this dealer - 0 Stars…read more I purchased a used vehicle here and had multiple post-sale issues that buyers should be aware of. The original factory key that was discussed before purchase was later refused, with the explanation that it was "not written down," even though there was no disclosure that the vehicle was sold without it. Requests to either provide the key or reimburse the cost to obtain one were denied. The title was promised the same day, but it was not provided. I was later told it would be processed the following week, without anything in writing. A dealer-installed GPS device was still in the vehicle and was not removed when requested. When I asked for copies of all transaction paperwork, I was initially told it wasn't needed. After pushing, I was told I would only receive the paperwork if I left the building. I was kicked out because I started asking questions. Note: A $300 document fee was added to the purchase. In Georgia, this fee is not required by the state and is set by the dealer. No clear explanation was given. Important: Do not rely on verbal agreements. In my experience, the dealership only honored what was explicitly written.
