A month later they sent me an invoice for the full amount. I called, they'd lost the check. I gave them a credit card to pay the bill. 6 weeks later, they cashed my check. I called, spoke with Justin who apologized and assured me they'd write me a check to cover the overpayment. 2 months later, zip, nothing, nada. They dont answer my calls, texts, or emails. I now have the BBB involved. Maybe they will be successful. Im extremely disappointed.

It would take me hours to repair and realign the system after they left. I took photos on all three occasions and sent them in but to no avail. The contract they gave me explicitly states that they will pull weeds if they "get out of control", otherwise they will spray them. Some of our weeds were over four feet tall! I could not get anyone to call me until I refused to pay. Even then, their response was to blame me for not having them come more frequently than once per quarter. So be aware, they may trash your property, breach the contract and then blame you for not spending more money with them.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Car Doctor Window Tinting. Unfortunately, my…read moreinteractions with them left me questioning their professionalism and trustworthiness. From the very beginning, the communication was poor, with promises of timelines that were never met. I felt misled about the quality of the work, which did not live up to the expectations discussed. When I attempted to address the issues, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. What stood out most, however, was the owner's unprofessional attitude and lack of respect for customers. Not only did they fail to deliver the service as promised, but the rude and condescending behavior I encountered made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Given my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for window tinting services. There are plenty of reputable businesses out there that value honesty and professionalism.
