He never mentioned that a ton of dust would be created when cutting through grout, and did not attempt to put up plastic, so the entire house was covered in micro-dust just 2 weeks after the house was freshly painted. The owner called me after I inquired about the silica dust, but didn't offer any help for the extra charge or mess created. They are coming back today to fix issues created when they did the job the first time. I would not recommend them.

Half of my belongings were destroyed, and things were thrown in boxes and not cared for properly. They left furniture in places I couldn't move, large boxes stacked to the ceiling, and a complete state of chaos.
