First off, this place is located in a strip mall, and we had trouble finding it at first, but when we finally did, it was easy to find parking. On the door it listed that it can ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEX. Entered the store, Girl at the cashier stand was very friendly and explained to my mom the shipping options. We were able to mail out the keys via FedEx, and it was due to be delivered Thursday. We paid via credit card for the shipping, which price wise i didn't think was bad at all. He came by our home and checked our computer and verified this computer could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Previously, I had been receiving messages from Microsoft stating that problem. Greg made some recommendations of refurbished and new computers. We decided to purchase a new computer....wireless keyboard....and wireless mouse. Greg took our old computer to his shop.....cloned the information we had saved....and loaded onto the new unit. This process took only 3 days. Greg apologized for taking so long. However, due to the Windows 10 support ending....the shop was busy with other customers facing the same predicament as we were. Greg called and made an appointment to come install our new computer. They went out of their way to help me find the least expensive way for me to ship a large pink wing chair that belonged to my parents from SC to Maine. The other places I consulted, UPS and FedEx, wanted to charge significantly more than the chair was worth (even factoring in sentimental value) and would not pack it for me. (And how, pray tell, was I supposed to pack a chair myself that was about 39" X 37" by 26"?). Well at Jerribob's they told me packing up the chair would be no problem. Bob got it out of my SUV for me, since it was way too heavy for me to lift. He also told me that if I had the chair delivered to a business, instead of a residence, it would be almost half the cost. I guess because they can just drop of the pallet. Less labor. Whahoo! How about that in a world where most people are trying to extract the maximum amount of money from you while providing the minimum amount of service?!
