I had them add clean out valves to a tankless and they were flawless throughout the process. Jake made sure all the right parts were used and lined up a great technician who did a great job on the install. They troubleshoot and are effective. The technician, Jimmy, stuck around and mentioned when he turned on the water he heard what he recognized as high water pressure in the pipes and to check the water pressure regulator on the unit. The condo shared this and we found out this is in fact an issue the HOA was having with the entire building. They have someone replacing it now but the fact that after the job was done Jimmy mentioned what he felt wasn't right, was awesome.
