It would be in your best interest to do your due diligence before doing business with any independent-non licensed mobile service.

Advanced RV is nothing short of fantastic! We keep a travel trailer a few miles away from advanced…read moreRV and use it every summer. It seems that at the beginning or end of each trip, the trailer develops a problem. However, the problems are quickly solved when I call up advanced RVs office manager Lindsey Mae. She gets me an appointment quickly, and Ed, the owner, greets me when we arrive to diagnose the problem. Master technician Dave then puts his great skills to work, repairs and resolves the problem, and we're back on the road. We have found them to be super helpful, extremely proficient, efficient, and fair priced. In the past, we've had expensive, rather poor service at some other Portland area locations. Advanced RV might better be called Angel RV. Thanks Lindsey Mae, Ed, and Dave for continued superb service.

Both times I called the excellent receptionist office manager Lindsey May and was immediately put into contact with the owner and. Both of these were somewhat emergency needs as in the first case I was putting the trailer away for the season and heading back to Hawaii and in the second case I needed to get my refrigerator working before we left for our camping trip. And diagnosed the problems immediately and got me in despite having a busy schedule of repairs. The repairs were excellent, affordable, and desperately needed. Ed and his technician Dave are both highly talented and and also personable and friendly. I give them the highest praise and recommend others consider getting their RVs maintained and repaired at advanced RV repair just below. Woodburn Oregon

Don't ever, ever, ever get work done here if you value your trailer…read more Don't let this group work on your trailer. Go somewhere else. We brought our trailer in for basic repairs. Agreed jobs: install a new ladder on rear of trailer, install a water pump, replace a plastic red tail light to the upper rear of the trailer, plus evaluate our hitch connection. The hitch scrapes in our driveway. Results: the finish is apparently destroyed on the outside rear panel while installing a new ladder, they claim the brake cable was broken when the trailer was dropped off so they fixed it and billed without getting our permission, the cable was still intact when we dropped off our trailer; Our refridge, stove top and kitchen floor that were clean when we delivered the trailer were returned dirty AND THE POOP TANK that was empty and dry was RETURNED FULL! They did not disclose the change in the poop tank to us when we picked up the trailer. Company did not address the hitch scrapping and they installed a complete new red light on the upper rear of our trailer. The red plastic cover broke, the bulb was still intact and still worked. We wrote a letter of complaint Dec 15, 2019. Today is Jan 9, 2020 and company has not replied. Go somewhere else if you value your trailer. Ours was not yet 2 years old!

Worst possible service department I've ever seen. Many of the warranty fixes took several attempts…read moreto get it right. That is after waiting 6 weeks to get the RV in then it would sit for a month to get repaired. Some of my warranty repairs took 3 visits to get it right. One was never corrected. The worst example is the black tank value. It leaked from Grand Design. Al's Trailer replaced the valve under warranty. I didn't dry camp again until after the warranty period. Recently came back from a dry camp to a local dump. When I opened the tube to connect my sewer hose the tube was full of black water which ran over both legs. Not a pretty sight. I took it to a different RV repair outfit who stated that the valve Al's put in was the wrong valve and tightened to the point where the valve was actually cracked. Al's didn't test their repair, sent me on my way only to have a lap full of black water in my lap. STAY CLEAR of this place unless you want a pile of black water in your lap.

Class Act Alliance is a California based company that routinely travels to Oregon. 2 years ago we had a solar power issue and the team located the issue within 10 minutes and declined compensation. The value to our business was priceless! We dropped a little cash as a tip and scooted out very Grateful. This last week we're back in OR and had similar issues,,,only one place to go,,, Woodard RV!! They were slammed and booked weeks out. However!!! In between jobs Bob and Tyler were trouble shooting the issue...found the problem and AGAIN declined compensation. This time we insisted on compensating them for their valuable knowledge, experience, and tireless efforts. We're now looking forward to getting some additions to our system. We can now say we've experienced what has made this county Great...businesses like Woodard RV are few and far between these days and we will gladly be driving the 10 hrs for their services without hesitation. Thank you Woodard RV you definitively are a "Class Act"! Blair A. Sherwood/CFO Class Act Alliance, Inc Www.Classactinterpreting.com

Our camper had some water damage and dry rot in the cabover section. Woodard gave me a fair price…read moreto repair it with the caveat that you never know how bad the rot is until you peel the skin off. It was real bad, worse than we imagined. Woodard worked with us all the way, as the skin was peeled off we saw all the damage and approved the extra repairs during the process. In the end it was a 30% cost over the initial estimate but they did 200% more work. They basically rebult the entire camper, replaced the roof, the siding, and all the insulation. We now have a brand new camper for a third of the price of a new one. When the job was complete and we got the camper back home there were a few nit picky items I had, when I called Tyler came over to my house and fixed everything I wanted. One of the items had nothing to do with his repairs but he fixed it anyway at no extra charge. We could not be happier with the end result. I am not an internet person and have never posted a review before but the quality of their work and their integrity during the repair process made me feel that I should let people know what a good shop this is. I highly recommend Woodard RV repair.
