I am talking about John who is amazing and has great follow up. Our work with Restoration was finished in January and we were very happy with the results. There was just one thing that was fixed but really was not and I called John several months later and he came over and try to adjust it and realized it was going to be a bit more work. John sent over Alex who just started with the company( by the way he is awesome) fixed the issue with the closet door we were having. It was not a simple fix and Alex really worked at it until it was done correctly. To me that is what a great contractor should be even after the work is done you can call them after the job is finished and something was not done to your satisfaction that they will continue to support you which Restoration(John did) that builds trust and if we ever needed anything done I would not have any hesitation in calling Restoration besides I have John number on speed dial. Great people and company.

The job has not yet started although promised several months ago. Yes the company got the right permits but are not ready to start delivering what they promised, dated and signed for. I won't recommend that company to my best friends. 12/19/2021 I should add that no one from that company has contacted me to come and do the job. We are all in bad hands. 3/1/2022 The above company never took the time to visit the home owners and explain what to expect from the job. That mediocre company has not you tube video to show us what to expect. Now they dare to decline to re position the tiles removed at their expense. I won't recommend that company to my best friends. Multiple times i mentioned to them to be careful not having spare ones but they did not listen. Now the company wants me to replace them at my expense. The engineer assistant was in person at my place and saw them. HE NEVER REQUESTED ME TO DO THAT JOB AND NEVER ASKED ME DATE AND SIGN A PAPER THAT I WOULD DO IT. THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND THE ASSOCIATION BOARD HAVE NO COORDINATION BETWEEN THEM TO PERFORM THAT CONSTRUCTION JOB. AGAIN I WON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE.

I had trust they would do what they said because their reviews seems good but they are probably staged by people they know leaving them.

They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time. I truly appreciate companies that tell you what you DON'T need as much as what you do need!
