Jesse has aerated my lawn twice. He is very responsive, comes exactly the time he says he will be there, and he does it for $75 for my 2000 s.f. of lawn. Make sure you water several times good and deep in the two days before his service scheduled so his aerator can make the deepest holes possible. My soil is very dense and hard clay. Had Jesse over to the house on April 29th, 2021, after reading a lot of positive reviews, both on Yelp and Google. My lawn is in the process of transitioning from winter Rye grass to Bermuda and wanted to help that transition. Since most of us have compacted clay for soil, thought this would help. I found Jesse through 'yelp' and say a big 'amen' to all of the positive comments (couldn't find a negative one) I read. He was on time (gave a ten minute on the way text), courteous, explained what he was going to do and even greeted my dog 'Marty' who jumped right up in his lap. I have St. Augustine and very compacted soil. He went crossways over very hard areas and was careful around the flags I'd put out around sprinkler heads and roots.
