Using the phrase free estimate but charging you a $120 diagnostic fee for an unsolicited "repair" is what you will get if you are shopping for quotes. Do not expect a professional company from this one, Sean is no different than someone spraying and wiping your windshield when you stop at a red light. He will harass you for payment as others have experienced too. Sean may know his stuff as others have reviewed but he needs a business etiquette class. If you are shopping for quotes, please save yourself and do not respond to his bombardment of messages. Go find quotes with somebody else before you get scammed. I requested a quote and he got back to me and said he was available to come out the same day. Just need to be a little clearer on the $150 diagnostic fee, otherwise he answered all my questions and was really chill about helping with my sprinklers. He replaced three valves, reran control cable and helped me raise the two valves in the back as they seemed a little too low. Everything completed the same day. Also, just note: no credit card payment currently as that's still being setup so just be ready to have your payment method ready. He communicated very clearly about the estimate (fairly priced), parts costs (they're fluctuating at the monent), guarantees, and arrival time. I needed to overhaul my 38 year old hard-wired sprinkler controller. Sean recommended the 9v battery run Node by Hunter. Hunter is a great company. For 7 valves, I got 2 of the 4 valve units.
