I called Laura to see about fixing a broken pvc pipe, she was on time and very pleasant. She quoted us the cost and started the job. She seemed quite confused on water shut off and the valves needed to close. After she turned off our gas line, ( which was totally wrong) she regained her bearings and fixed the broken water line. She charged us more than the quote which I was happy to pay since she spent a lot of time trying to figure out what to do. But, one of her repairs is still leaking, she requested another $175 to come out and fix what was done wrong in the first place. I respectfully said no. Laura was called to come repair a leaking valve. She did a fine job on that. I asked for an estimate on further landscaping; while checking out the yard she tried to reset sprinklers and seemed to be confused just on opening the door. I asked her to look at the fountain, to possibly move it & she started it up without filling it like I asked her to. She kept insisting that she could hear the motor but it wasn't working. YES it wasn't working because she didn't fill it like I asked her to. She almost burned out the motor by running it dry. Then when she emailed me an estimate, I replied that we wanted only half of the work done and I never heard from her again. I found a new landscaper to trim all the trees and fix the fountain. All in one day! I wanted to use her services but I wasn't getting a confident vibe from her. read more

Laura was extremely helpful. It took her all of five minutes to find our problem with our sprinkler system. Another five minutes to reprogram the timer correctly and then about 30 minutes to check out each cycle and make sure it was operating correctly. I would hire again in a heartbeat. I am so unhappy with this business. First it took forever for the owner to actually come out and discuss. Then months to try to get a date to start. Then failed to correct a problem sprinkler wasnt shut off as she said she would do and it blew a hole in finished work. When i asked them to seal the stone i was told how to do this myself. It was in the original quote to seal it and then when the final bill was done it was removed. Weed guard was used and weeds are popping up all over. I would never refer anyone to this company nor use them again. I took awhile to do this as i was hoping the owner would have followed up and corrected all the issues, she could not be bothered she got paid and that was the end of it. Look around find someone else who will do a much better job even if a bit more $ as this company isnt worth it in the long run. read more

Laura really knows her field. 1st meeting we planned outdoor landscaping as well as indoor planning and plants. I live in a coastal weather pattern and she is familiar with that environment as well. Also she is well connected and shared her knowledge of other experts in her field as referals. On top of that she reworked or sprinkler system, fixed all the sprinkler line breaks in our system (there were many) and fine tuned the controller and valves.
