The studio is tidy, with ample space for each client. I was there for the first day of a plank focus that will be part of classes this month- a great way to create fluidity between classes. In balance is a valuable and cohesive offering that would make anybody, with any schedule, feel a little more aligned.

You can get on a waitlist and to be honest you can often get into the class but you won't find out until 12-24 hours prior. So unless you have nothing else in your life it's a moot point. I think they have over sold their membership and despite talking to them they really don't care. They just tell you to get on the wait list. Or, of course you can pay for the unlimited which allows you to schedule further in advance. Quite the ruse to get you to pay more money. So incredibly frustrating.

I used to attend barre classes regularly and more than 80% of the class was at THE BARRE (10% warm-up and 10% abs on the floor). The class I attended here was more of 60%. My friends who had attended a few weeks before said the same thing. This was just one class. Maybe there are others classes or even other instructors that are more barre intensive. But my expectation was not met in that regard especially for a specialty class with that namesake. I would go again to try another class. I did fee like I got a good workout and the instruction was fine overall.

Her introductions were articulate, demonstrations were precise with low/upbeat music of which was great to follow through the entire class with ease without being overwhelmed. I have been practicing power vinyasa yoga over a decade that my expectations were high . With the instructor like MacKenzi , Tucson Yoga Sol will be definitely my go-to-studio to practice yoga or Pilates for years to come. Excellent studio, great instructors, & user friendly website.
