The only things that hasn't faded is the Silver Fur rectangle pillow. I spent around $3K for this collection in 2021. I only use bedding for display and remove nightly. The bedding has never been slept on. I've reached out to Lili Alessandra the first time via phone on 8/8/25. I was asked to email photos of bedding which I did. I was suppose to receive a follow up call to discuss a resolution on 8/10/25. Also was told samples of similar colors would be mailed for me to look at. I was told the color I have was discontinued due to issues with fading in areas. I was told to try a product called Magic wrinkle release saltless and I can find it at HEB. I didn't try the product due to not wanting to cause additional fading or damage then what I've already experienced. I wrote a review on Lili Alessandra website after no response from designer on 9/20/25 which goes directly to designer for review prior to being posted. And of course my review was never posted nor was the photos I attached of bedding showing all of the fading and discoloration. I tried posting the review again on 10/20/25 and Lili Alessandra blocked it from being posted for the second time. After extensive research I can't find any negative reviews about Lili Alessandra high-end bedding. I've come to the conclusion that it's because the website will not allow any unfavorable reviews to be posted. Lastly, I reached out the high-end bedding boutique called Linen Boutique in Dallas, Texas where I ordered the Lili Alessandra collection, and I've been unsuccessful in receiving a call back after spending around $3k on bedding I only use for display on my bed. Be aware when purchasing from Lili Alessandra and always question why you can't find any reviews on the website regarding any of the bedding.

Now for my review, I recently purchased a matress with an adjustable from this establishment. The mattress in the store felt different from what was delivered to me, it felt soft but firm and this mattress has no support. The mattress feels like I am sinking in my bed and I have to go the the chiropractor this weekend because of this bed. My back hurts every morning so I am sleeping on an air mattress which is said to get a decent night sleep which is sad. The adjustable is a whole nother beast also let me say they do not set this up for you but charge 75$. The adjustable instructions is just bad and we had issues screwing the screws in the correct location because the inside was not done correctly because it stripped the screws. Then.certain pieces needed to be screwed together was painted over to the max, we had to take scissors and trim the paint to get the screws in which was a pain. Then on top of that the adjustable will just shut off by itself not like we are using it. My fiance call about these issue to the owners and was told we cant do anything about the matress and the adjustable is under warranty but you have bring it here. I am selling my matress and adjustable and I repeat when I say this I will not be back going a bigger business that takes better care of their customers.

The furniture is beautiful and was a significant investment, but the purchasing experience has been extremely frustrating. After nearly a year and a half of delays and repeated quality‑control issues, I cannot recommend them. * In July 2025, we were told the table was ready but the chairs were delayed. Amish requested final payment so delivery could be scheduled. * Delivery was then postponed because the truck carrying the chairs malfunctioned and the shipment was sent back for inspection. * In September 2025, the furniture arrived, but the table was unfinished on one end and had to be taken back for refinishing. * In October 2025, the table returned with scratches and damaged leaf ends. Amish informed us that a new table would need to be built and left the damaged one with us for Thanksgiving. * In January 2026, we were told the replacement table had been placed at the back of the production queue, adding another six‑month wait. * In May 2026, the new table arrived with chips and scratches. The delivery personnel did not bring it into the house because they saw the damage and contacted Amish, who then sent it to a refinisher. * In June 2026, we were told it missed the truck and would be delayed another month. * As of July 29, 2026, they are again attempting delivery. Would I shop there again? No.
