We recently purchased a working, reconditioned semi trailer from A Warehouse on Wheels. We purchased the equipment from their on-line inventory based on pictures and conversations with their salesperson. Per their information, the trailer was DOT compliant and in good working order. The trailer was delivered to us in the evening and dropped in our dock after hours. Upon inspection of the trailer, the dolly legs were bent and uneven. We sent the trailer to our repair shop and emailed our salesperson. She told us to get it fixed and send her the invoice. The invoice was fair as both dolly legs had to be replaced to make the trailer safe and functional. She refused to pay for the entire amount because she said they could have done it for less money and only replacing one leg. After repairing the legs, we sent the trailer to our graphics installer. At this time, they noticed that the trailer leaked and held water on the top. We again took it to our repair shop and they top frame rail for the roof is bent, the roof rails are bent the wrong way. The trailer is going to require an additional $5,000. in repairs. So now we are up to approximately $6,200. in repairs on a trailer that we paid $21,500. for. The sales rep offered us $600.00. An insult to say the least. We will NEVER do business with this company again and strongly suggest that others do not use them as well. read more
