Thought I would reiterate a past Yelp on this relocated business. Very true about the work done here, and the ability to work through automotive issues on even the most archaic cars. They also do a wonderful job about getting people in on short notice and because of that I am holding this review at 4 stars, still. But, any great business can always do more: and if improvement is needed it may be a very simple thing, such as, returning phone calls when you say you will. Frankly, when someone is waiting for their car; it's like you're lost without it. And on two occasions, though a call was promised that evening, none came. Taking a business owner at their word is a trust thing: it goes both ways. Hopefully, they will keep doing great repairs, and perhaps consider working on this one fine point, because communication is crucial. read more

After reading about this place on FB, I asked a friend about it and was definitely steered in the right direction! My mom's van needed some SERIOUS A/C work done, so I brought it in and within a couple hours had an answer as to what needed to be done. The most important thing with me in LIFE is honesty and Bob at NGA is probably the most up front and honest mechanic I have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot because...well...that's just my life. The work is quality, the customer service is beyond amazing and the cost...even more amazing! He charged us almost half of what we got quoted at a local competitor! Yeah...that much less! Phenomenal auto place to work with. These guys work on my cars for about four years and always did a great job. They actually told me where I didn't need work done and also advise me what I realistically should get done and did it honestly. I am just really mad that my wife and I moved and I now need to find a great reliable mechanic again. I am also kind of a car nut, so many times I would buy my own high-quality parts and they would still install them. Many places just want to upsell you cheaper parts and make profit on it but these guys really work with you and did a great job. read more

Great honest repair shop that stands behind their work. Just started using this garage for my 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis. I had an A/C problem that they repaired and only changed the parts that needed to be replaced. Unlike other shops that want to over sell the job and replace unnecessary parts.
