Worst company ever…read more I called at 7:25 am to make a small delivery of a really urgent delivery. They told me a courier can be at my pick up place in a Manhattan address in 10 minutes. And can get to Bethpage to deliver after in 45 minutes. Courier only picked up at 8:25 am. He never arrived in Bethpage. As of 10:30 am he didn't arrive yet. I called to check and was yelled at. I was being told lies. I was kept being told it will take at least an hour more. I was being threatened that the delivery will be cancelled if I keep calling. The company hanged up on me and verbally abused me. Despicable scam and incompetent worthless company. EDIT: company has apparently decided to respond below. They are lying. By that, they are adding sin to crime. Yes they yelled. Like crazy and sweared. Yes they hanged up on me. Yes they promised delivery times and lied about it and are lying again. I URGE EVERYONE to STAY AWAY from this company like fire. They are liars and they are terrible. Never seen such a dishonest service . Nasty and deplorable. Liars.

I contacted numerous places, and Michael was the first person that got back to me, and the cheapest! Communicative, prompt, and friendly. Professional from the time I placed the pick up to the time I got the delivery confirmation. They even went out of their way to deliver the package when the original location's address was wrong (my mistake!) Really affordable too - for a large package that weighed about 6 lbs it was $16 from the UWS to Times Square. AMAZING. I highly recommend these guys for all of your messenger service needs - so excited I finally found a trustworthy service.

Everyone needs a dude (or dudette) on bike to schlep a pile of stuff from one end of the city to…read morethe other. The key is finding one who will do it for less $$ than it takes for me to cab from one end of the city to the other. The search began... After a $28 quote from Urban Express I decided to do a bit more research to find a courier for my small package of Yelp subway maps going to the Water Charity in Soho. NY Minute arrived 30 minutes after my call, charged $12 on my credit card and whipped my box downtown lickety split! I hadn't even finished wrapping it up when they arrived and the guy sweetly helped me get everything together. Less than an hour later my stuff arrived at the destination and I hardly broke a sweat! Calling them back today (I forgot to get a receipt) the receptionist was incredibly friendly and quick. These guys are now on the office quick list for inter-city deliveries in a "NY Minute" and I'm still waiting for Mary Kate and Ashley to show up in bike shorts and backpacks...maybe next time.

I had a few days to calm down over the very simple pick up…read more When I called to make arrangements for the pick up, I had asked for an 11 am pick up but after speaking to the woman and factoring in the time I need to get to the location of the pickup, I had told her to push it back 1/2 an hour so the moving guy will not have to wait. I explained that I had the an industrial sewing machine which is about 4 feet tall and 5 feet wide. She asked me how much it weight and I clearly told her about 75 pounds or more. She told me she recommend a van and I agreed. I had for 1 guy because I had guys at pick up and drop off locations. The guy in essence will only need to drive the machine. You think this would be smooth sailing. At exactly 11:25, the machine was in the loading doc waiting for the guy to show up with the van. Half an hour goes by and I call the company asking where the van was. While I was on the phone with Jesse the moving guy comes up and asked me I was moving the machine. I see he has a minivan. WTF!!! what moving company will misrepresent their vehicles in such a flagrant LIE. A minivan is not a VAN! The guy tells him my machine in much bigger and is 200 pounds.
