As a newcomer to such projects, I was unsure about where to turn, what criteria to consider, and how to find a dependable software vendor to get the job done. My initial contact with a vendor was disappointing--they lacked flexibility, presented an exorbitant quote, and failed to communicate effectively regarding the job requirements. Fortunately, my brother, a software engineer, introduced me to SR Network Solutions, led by Sadiel. Sadiel proved to be a consummate professional, providing a comprehensive overview of the job, specifying the requirements, estimating the necessary timeframe, and offering a fair and reasonable price. He was not only personable but also exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and meticulous in his work. I couldn't have asked for a better leader for this project. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to SR Network Solutions for their outstanding service and would enthusiastically recommend their company to anyone in need of network solutions. If you're seeking a professional team that delivers exceptional service, look no further. Thank you, Sadiel for exceeding my expectations. I really appreciate you and your team. If I could give you 10 Stars, I would!!

When I called the business and asked for Antonio, they told me he doesn't work there. I have Antonio's phone number and I called him approximately 15 times to get a heating for my air handler. He was ghosting me for two days while I was freezing at my house. He yelled at me for calling Antonio and he said his name is Tony. He told me he was in a meeting. Wouldn't you want to help a customer and sell product instead of being in a meeting. Especially when I've called two days in a row 15 times. I told him I will never do business with his company again. He had the audacity to tell me .

But somehow it was disconnected, controls lost and sadly turned into a dust magnet. I figured I'd get it back on for my mother. Well they came and quickly set up mom with a new remote, broke it all down for her step by step and gave her a quick but comprehensive tutorial on going online, accessing her favorite channels and overall use of this tv. Not only that but they set up her phone so she could check in on our dogs while we are not home. As if that wasn't enough our security camera system was really just used as a possible deterrent because we had no way of checking footage should anything happen. Well, they took care of that too! So excited they were able to easily integrate all this disjointed equipment into a seamless entertainment and security system.
