In our initial consultation, Henning took the time to listen to my concerns and goals, and he tailored our training sessions to meet my specific needs. His calm, reassuring, and confident demeanor has motivated me, even on the toughest days. What I appreciate most about Henning is his deep knowledge of exercise science and his ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. He taught me how to engage my muscles properly to compensate for my sciatica. His guidance has made me feel more confident about managing my sciatica and other changes that have come with age (I'm 55). Not only has Henning helped me manage my sciatica, but he also helped me build a stronger, firmer backside and core. His training plan was challenging but achievable, and I saw results within just a few weeks. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly cares about your progress, reach out to Henning. You'll be glad you did.

I'm so happy to be working out with YaYa again. I first started working out with her back in 2019…read moreafter the end of a 14 year long relationship. I was sad, depressed, and out of shape. Not only did YaYa help transform my body but I truly attribute our workouts to the change in my mental health that first year. Due to the pandemic, we weren't able to work out together any more and I built out a gym out at my home. While convenient, working out alone just wasn't the same. So, we're back at it again! I've had other trainers in the past with the attitude of, "it's my way or nothing". I have a foot issue YaYa is always able modify exercises around or find a new move all together when I'm just not feeling it. I really trust her to take care of me and my body. Once you start you'll soon realize she really knows her stuff! And it doesn't hurt that she's fun to talk to, always shows up with a positive attitude, and never makes you feel bad about your body, fitness level, mood, etc. If you're on the fence about it, I highly recommend giving her and personal training a chance. And for reference, I'm a 42 year old female.
