If you need massage treatment, go treat with Lindsay at Dilworth Bodyworks. I was referred to…read moreLindsay in 2015 and started regularly seeing her for bio cranial sacral massage and regular massage, as I healed from a car accident. Since recovery, I've still enjoyed visiting her for various reasons: stress relief, muscle memory trouble, or back muscles needing some reassurance. Lindsay is solid and seriously the best to see in Raleigh or in North Carolina, for that matter, since she has worked all over. She has a way of reading muscles and target just the right spots, is a really good listener, and can also send you home with tips from her expertise as a physical trainer. Not only is she giving you sharp treatment and advice, but she genuinely cares and her scheduling is flexible and accessible with online scheduling options. I've also given sessions with her as gift cards and those I've referred have really enjoyed the treat. Highly recommend Lindsay Riggsbee and Dilwork Bodyworks.

I really enjoyed the home spa, it was clean, warm and inviting. Shoshanna, she was...superb. I get body work around the world and she was world class. I found out she's a very experienced body work and teacher, so, in addition to my Ayurvedic Warm Oil Massage, I decided to do the Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Consult. It's been a month since I've been there and consultation and guidance she's given me has lowered my blood pressure and I've been able to lose some extra pounds effortlessly. (Thank you!) The second day I did Shirodhara Therapy and the streaming of warm oil over the forehead for deep relaxation melted away my mental stress. I actually got another treatment because I was too blissed out to drive right away, lol, and fortunately for me she got a last minute cancellation. This last treatment I did the Restorative Hot Stone Therapy with warm stones and the oil was tremendous and supported further relaxation of my nervous system, which I didn't even think was possible. My favorite thing about the Hot Stone treatment was how relieved my joint pain from my rheumatoid arthritis and my muscular pain from sitting and driving for a few days in a row. I may drive to Chapel Hill now and then just for Shoshanna's relief! I highly recommend any of these luxurious treatments.
