My Two year old sliced his finger open on a broken water cup and nicked an artery! A plus ushered me right back when I showed up covered in blood and cleaned me and my son up and stopped the bleeding. They didn't charge me and sent me on to the hospital. These guys are the real deal. read more

Staff and the doctor were very nice. But they miscoded services performed, ie. annual health checkup and a flu shot that are paid 100% by my insurance. I called my insurance about it and this A+ promised to correct the situation. That was almost a year ago. Till this day nothing happened!!! Visit was in October 2020 and now is July 2021. Needless to say they did not hesitate to bill me over $400 which I had to pay because I don't have time for lawyers and I'm sure if I did not pay, the case would go to collections. I called to take my 15month old because she clearly has a sinus infection. Naturally they say they have to Covid test her... but nope, not a rapid test one that will take 2 days to get back. Then they tell me they won't even see her for the infection until the Covid test results are back. I get needing to Covid test her... but refusing to even see her till the test comes back is insane! 2 DAYS she would have to be miserable while the infection gets worse! Instead I'm taking her somewhere I can do a Telehealth visit so she can be treated immediately! And in those two days she can start healing and feeling better. Their "policy" is insane and quite frankly they are refusing to treat other sicknesses just because Covid exists! This is quite frustrating because other than this "policy" issue my previous experiences with the doctor have been really good. The front desk was subpar, but I don't go to a doctor because of the front desk. But this insane policy is not one I can get behind or support. read more

Very kind front desk service and the doctor was extremely kind as well, understanding, willing to listen and offer according to your needs.

Staff is really nice but fall behind on appointments I was scheduled at 2:30 and a co worker at 3 they call him in before me after already hr late with me. If u have other options I would take instead of coming here read more
