We've only been in our home for two weeks, and the dishwasher wasn't draining, which he said was fine on the report. We had to fix that and it was a simple knock out plug in the wall. If he ran the dishwasher during his inspection, he would have seen the dishwasher wasn't draining. In our second bathroom, the rub faucet wasn't installed correctly, which simply turning it on would have revealed. The kitchen sink still leaks after someone apparently fixed it, so that was a lie. Overall, he sucks. Worst inspector I've ever worked with, and now I'm stuck in a home that I'm going to have to fix. Our relator said he used to be a plumber, so these mistakes make no sence. Would never recommend.
