Silly me! I forgot to ask how much I'd have to pay at the completion of service. I guess he has a "don't ask don't tell" policy. Never have I ever been told AFTER THE FACT that payment IN FULL is required. NEVER! You would think he'd have the courtesy to state the cost prior to commencing the procedure. I'm incredibly disappointed that he did not consider explaining the payment requirement to me in advance. He also made a point to tell me how inadequate my employers benefit program is. (Which I totally disagree. My benefits are GREAT!) I feel that is rude, inappropriate and completely unprofessional behavior. I will never return to his office, nor will I ever refer anyone. I'm also letting my referring dentist know about my experience. Maybe he'll reconsider referring his patients to him in the future.
