for the most part they are good, some drivers wait too long for kids running for the bus. I…read moredislike how they will drop routs randomly and sometimes wait at a stop for no apparent reason for up to 15 minutes at times, it is made worse when it is close to the top of the hour and everyone on there is trying to get to class, but the driver just sits at the bus stop. I know they do this to keep the routs spaced evenly, but they should do this during the half-hours only, since this practice has made me, and everyone else on that bus late for class before. Living out in Apartment Land, it is nice that I can take either Express 1, or Express 2 to get to campus/home, or alternatively North or South at night/on the weekends. They need to make the bus tracking map on their website available in the smart phone markets.

They were late to the stop where I got on the bus, and got further and further behind schedule as they went. When they got to the second to last stop in Spokane, the bus waited there for a long time to try to deal with transferring a lost suitcase between buses. The driver of the bus I was on was waiting for another driver to show up, and we only later found out that she had been there the whole time, but had been sleeping in the back of her bus. The long wait could have been avoided. The driver was really nice and apologetic about the wait, and I wasn't in a hurry so I told him it was ok, but this is no was to run a bus company.

This is one of the cheapest ways to get from the Spokane Airport to Pullman if you don't have a…read morecar. They are very helpful. When my plane was half an hour late they waited for me. Their drivers are polite and professional. Their mini buses are comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because they only run this shuttle once a day in each direction, except on Fridays when they run it twice. It is a bit annoying to have to plan your flight around a once a day shuttle. They also run a shuttle between WSU and UI that is free for students, and that service is pretty good. Make sure you know where the bus stop is though, particularly in Moscow. The stops can be difficult to find and the signage is sometimes confusing. They also run special buses to Seattle for holidays. I have not used those services because the times never seem to be convenient, particularly for the return bus to Pullman. Also they only sell those tickets as a round trip.
