I know they do this to keep the routs spaced evenly, but they should do this during the half-hours only, since this practice has made me, and everyone else on that bus late for class before. Living out in Apartment Land, it is nice that I can take either Express 1, or Express 2 to get to campus/home, or alternatively North or South at night/on the weekends. They were late to the stop where I got on the bus, and got further and further behind schedule as they went. When they got to the second to last stop in Spokane, the bus waited there for a long time to try to deal with transferring a lost suitcase between buses. The driver of the bus I was on was waiting for another driver to show up, and we only later found out that she had been there the whole time, but had been sleeping in the back of her bus. The long wait could have been avoided. The driver was really nice and apologetic about the wait, and I wasn't in a hurry so I told him it was ok, but this is no was to run a bus company.

Apparently they are putting in a tower soon so that might improve things. There are some quaint little details like a house cat and a lending library/honesty book shelf near the door. Everything is so cheap and outdated. It was small with barely anything to eat or accommodations. I know it's a small area, but still it could be more aesthetically pleasing. People are just allowed to smoke by the door, which was a real turn off while trying to wait for our ride to pick us up. Also, the guy at the Budget rental car counter doesnt even go outside. He just vapes at his desk, not giving a crap. like wth!? Can you say COUNTRY BUMPKIN!? Most all airports have a designated smoking area away from the main doors. PUW needs to GET WITH IT! The perk is you can walk in like 10 mins before the flight and board. However, no food, and the vending machines are broken most of the time. The staff of the airport was non existent and had all of two TSA agents. The staff has been here all the years I have been flying here and they are rude and cold. ZERO customer service. I only fly here for one reason, CONVENIENCE! Otherwise, I would not. They often have a house cat running around which is inconsiderate considering some people have CAT ALLERGIES! Oh well, I guess. It really needs a major remodel. There was even a book sales counter that worked on the honesty system. What is This? 1995? You could see nothing but hills and plains outside. Also, winter flights are often cancelled and delayed due to no tower, but they are in the process of building a tower so hopefully that will all change and become more efficient, but don't hold your breath. lol. Also, the restrooms were dirty as well. It did the job for us and got us where we needed to go, but I think next time I may just take a cheaper flight into Spokane and do the drive down to Pullman. I recommend this airport if it's an absolute necessity for you.

Their drivers are polite and professional. Their mini buses are comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because they only run this shuttle once a day in each direction, except on Fridays when they run it twice. It is a bit annoying to have to plan your flight around a once a day shuttle. They also run a shuttle between WSU and UI that is free for students, and that service is pretty good. Make sure you know where the bus stop is though, particularly in Moscow. The stops can be difficult to find and the signage is sometimes confusing. They also run special buses to Seattle for holidays. I have not used those services because the times never seem to be convenient, particularly for the return bus to Pullman. Also they only sell those tickets as a round trip.
