I think this is called an "antique mall" because there are several smaller booths within this building. Not overwhelming large as antique stores are. It is spotlessly clean, well organized, easy to get around and it even smells good. The booths gave the typical chotskys that many people consider "antiquey" and charge outrageous prices for, but the real treasures are in the glass cases and around the register. Mr. Brumley told us that he started repairing clocks way back when but that it was a lost art these days. He has some amazing pieces of glass, coins, china, old weapons and of course, clocks. This is a must see, place to visit when you drive through Eldon.

This included a Shanghai collection headboard, footboard, armoire, dresser, two nightstands, and a table. All in good condition, minus a few scratches. I waited over a month and nothing. I finally contacted them and they sent me a check for $56. The $56 was for the two nightstands, table, dresser. My armoire, they said, had a broken leg, so they sold it for $5. This is not true. I was using the armoire the day before it was delivered and there was NEVER a problem with any of the legs, it was worth at the very least $50. They never even sent me the $5! I've tried inquiring about the headboard and footboard since last fall. Everytime I call, I'm told they'll get back to me. They've never called me back. I feel ripped off, cheated. My furniture was worth more than $56. I will never, ever use nor recommend Osage Action Barn again

I met these two when I Was 13yrs old. They had the absolute best tie dye at the lake and it was then and there I fell in love with Tie Dye. I have been a loyal customer for the past 33yrs that's something I appreciate as a small business owner myself. Eventually things will and do change. Trends change, employees change, owners changes, name changes but the one thing that has always stayed the same is the level of customer service I received every single time I was there. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to browse and was greeted upon entry. I was there for a gift and needed some assistance so the young lady with dark hair came to assist. But instead of getting great customer service, I received a rude employee who refused to let us actually touch and look at things. She said the reasoning was due to the pandemic and she would have to sanitize everything we touched as soon as we left. Ok understandable however would that not fall into her job duties as an employee? If I were that employee and someone was looking to purchase a specific gift for someone special I would have sanitized everything in the place to accomplish two things: 1. Doing a job I'm being paid to do 2. Having that customer leave with a positive shopping experience. THE BONUS........... Repeat Customer! I did end up making a small purchase out of necessity and here we are 2 weeks later and it's broke. Obviously not the quality of products I'm use to purchasing there. So as a local resident and a year round purchaser I will have to contemplate other options going forward. Sad day in deed
