What was wonderful is when we went into the store, we were acknowledged by not "hounded." We had no intentions to buy anything but did come across a sofa. We asked questions. The interactions between the Sales Rep and us were easy going and not pushy. Bottomline, we bought the sofa. I have never been in a furniture store like this. Customer Service was superb. I cannot think of anywhere else I will purchase home furnishings in the future. I completely recommend this store.

Sales people were helpful, not pushy at all and really went out of their way to get me a good deal and delivery!!!! They have really nice furniture, appliances, as well as smaller household items as well! UPDATE one of the appliances I bought didn't work. From day one. It's been a over two months now and after dealing with the several people (one being service and someone not actually involved with the store directly) I went in to speak with the owner. At this point of not having a fridge that I paid $1900 for... I am a little irritated. The owner is trying to get the fridge working. As of now I have a 2k fridge that doesn't work. We'll see next month once the part is ordered and hope it fixes it. Update two: I received the board for the fridge. I installed it, reset fridge... still not working. Freezer thawed overnight. Spoke with service, they have other parts on order in hopes to fix the fridge. This has been an absolute nightmare. Update: it's been 4 months, very little communication unless I initiate, fridge is still being worked on Update: over 5 months, fridge still in repair facilities... owner has refused to ref Final update over a year, I had to sue the owner to try and get my mo way back.. however the owner is VERY aware of legal loopholes and I ended up just taking half the money to be done with it and try to recoup some of my money. I like to support local business but places like this drive people to box stores. Best Buy wouldn't steal $2000 from me. Keep in mind I'm disabled, and new to Missouri and the owner KNEW it. Complete scammers take your business elsewhere!!!

What an absolutely, lovely store, truly in the middle of nowhere. Stover, Missouri to be exact. The…read moretown is so small, if you blink, you might miss this gorgeous oasis on the main drag. The very nice lady inside the store came out when she saw me walking around the patio outside. She told me the owners have another store in Cabo San Lucas, on the Mexican gold coast. The store is beautiful inside and out. The flowers and plants blooming outside were gorgeous. The store inside is spotless, impeccably designed and the art pieces were amazing. the seem to be mostly clay creations, all with a Latino feel. There were also metal art pieces as well as candles and furniture. The prices might seem a bit much for the Missouri area, but if they were in SoCal, the prices might be considered downright cheap! I didn't bring my phone in with me but I will definitely be back and hope to purchase more pieces in the future. Don't hesitate to stop if you're passing through Stover.

Doesn't sound right", pharmacy "yes, that's the price for the insulin syringe" Me "you do realize that insulin syringes are only 1cc, not 30cc"....More explaining on my part to teach her about syringes, sizes, etc., Someone please train your support staff, if I didn't try and get her to understand there is no such thing as a 30cc insulin syringe, she never would have learned that this Walmart does not carry that item and tried to sell Me 1cc insulin syringes, lol! It was pretty amazing they couldn't handle a basic call, which is a cause for concern on how important medical Questions are handled Lisa, I'm sure you'll Do great, but learn and understand your inventory.
