Open from 9-5 Monday thru Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8am to 1pm. They take some Ahcccs and PPO. If you have United Health Dual Complete come in. I was tricked in to paying for a service I absolutely did not need. I went in for a general cleaning as it's covered under my dental insurance. I made an appt with A to Z Dental since my regular dentist wasn't open on Friday and that's the only day I was able to go in. After the assistant took X-rays, the dentist and insurance coordinator walked in saying I needed a deep cleaning since I recently had braces removed a few months prior. The dentist hadn't even looked at my teeth. And although I was praised when my braces were removed for how clean and great my teeth were, I was told by this dentist a deep cleaning was absolutely necessary. I felt so pressured. But I finally agreed to the deep cleaning since the dentist was saying it was needed after braces. The deep cleaning was $300 not covered by my insurance. I pride myself in my teeth, I check them daily to make sure I never have build up on the fronts or backs of my teeth. Well when it was time for the cleaning it was 100% no different than a basic cleaning that IS covered by my dental insurance. He was done quickly as there was no buildup aside from just the basic expectations of a general cleaning. They had even forgotten to floss and polish my teeth at the end I had to be called back in to the seat. After my cleaning I went to the front desk and asked the coordinator what was different about the deep cleaning because everything felt exactly the same as any other basic cleaning I've ever received, why was this $300. I had asked about one of the changes of the cleaning which was called gum irrigation and told her nothing was done to the gums at all so why was that charge there and she did me a "favor" by removed the irrigation charge which was $80. After checking what a deep dental cleaning was I was blown away at what it was and why it's needed. My teeth were nowhere near needing such a thing. On Monday afterwards, I called my usual dentist and he said absolutely not. In no way was a deep cleaning needed especially with how pristine my teeth were when my braces were taken off just a few months before. I'm a single mother that's works 2 jobs to make ends meet. Being charged such an outrageous amount for a service I did not need it very discouraging and overall disappointing. One can't even go to a dentist without having to worry about being stolen from. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend finding a different dentist if you plan on coming in to this office. read more

My husband had a dental bridge done here 5 years ago and his current dentist confirmed it was a cheap job, even though I paid almost 4000 out of pocket with dental insurance. Dr. Song, Yessica, Christina, and the kind lady who took my x-rays were all awesome and cool people. Will definitely continue to use their facility for future services. So I haven't been to the dentist In years. With that being sad I was very scared to go and I kept rescheduling. The staff at A to Z dental are amazing and make you feel very comfortable, which is nice when it comes to going to the dentist. My only complaint is the rude office manager Diana. I had several questions and I asked her to repeat some of the (the answers) and she got an attitude. I'm spending a lot of money there and it won't hurt her to tell me more than once. When we saw the dentures on my father, they were HORRIBLE, and we suggested he go back to have them corrected, well the first time, there was no charge to have them reduced, but they were still HUGE, so he went back the second time and of course he was billed for it $254. The bill to this day is $1030.00, which needs to be paid within a yr, if not he will need to pay$1500.00. My question is, would this dentis have his own father walk around with this kind of teeth, not being able to smile like he used to. My father is so embarrased and almost brought him to tears to hear that nothing else can be done to help him out. read more
