When the crew showed up in the morning (about 8:30), they started to removed the old, follow by clean up the floor, then put up the new, I was there from the beginning to the end, it was amazing when it's all done around 3:00pm, they were quick, efficient, and what I was most impress was they pay attention to small details, and that completely changed what I think about contractors (some bad experience from others). We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. They even upgraded us to a system without a visible battery pack, which made a big difference aesthetically. Truly some of the best in the industry. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. We ordered coverings for all windows in home the first week of July. We have been rescheduled for installation 3 times. One time they came with half our shades which most were not even the ones we ordered. We have contacted customer care who does not care, just tells you whatever you want to passify you. We are now looking at hopefully having window coverings by the end of September but I wouldn't be surprised if that get rescheduled AGAIN. Our sales person or "design consultant" won't even contact me back. They lack knowledge and nobody communicates. Do yourself and your family a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!
