Great company to deal with. Nayelly took really good care of us. This company takes care of not only the homeowners but also the renters.

All of the employees that I worked with from A-to-B (Bob, Diana, & Nayelly) were always very kind and helpful to me. I really feel that they built a trusting relationship with me and always cared for me as a renter. I also enjoyed living in a property where my neighbors were homeowners as they all really cared about the community and the long-term relationships they established and held with their neighbors. I felt very comfortable throughout all the years that I rented my home from A to B. The payment and maintenance portal was also very easy to use and they almost always fixed anything that needed maintenance within a few days whenever possible. Overall, I had a very positive experience renting my previous home from A to B - Had I not become a homeowner myself, I would have continued to rent from them! :D

I'm extremely disappointed with how this application process was handled. Before applying, we…read morespecifically called to make sure we understood the rental requirements because we did not want to waste our time or money applying for a property we would not qualify for. We were told by the woman who answered the phone that one person on the lease could qualify/co-sign for the other applicants. Based on that information, all three of us moved forward with the application, paid the required fees, had our credit checked, and even took the time to visit the property because we were told that was required. We were then denied because all applicants were required to individually meet the qualifications. That is the exact information we were trying to clarify BEFORE applying. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we would not have submitted the applications, paid the fees, taken the credit inquiries, or spent our time visiting the property. I understand that properties have qualification requirements, and I have no issue with a company enforcing them. My issue is being given information by an employee that directly influenced our decision to apply, only to later be denied based on a requirement that contradicted what we were told. This entire experience felt misleading and was completely avoidable with clear and accurate communication from the beginning.

I called saturday spoke to eduardo who is a weekend guy, couldn't tour me that day and he said he'd pass on my info- he didn't and come Monday I waited all day for a return call and ended up having to call the office myself, then Irene in the office wasn't very helpful, but she scheduled me for Tuesday at 12pm. then I got a text from a Michael saying Tuesday 12pm wasn't available, so we scheduled for Weds. 5:30pm- i confirmed on Monday for Weds. I specifically asked for an email confirmation that was never sent And they never informed me of same day required confirmation, so come weds, I get a text requiring confirmation for my appmnt, but of course im working, so couldnt confirm, saw the text late and when i reached out they had cancelled my appointment! I HAD ALREADY CONFIRMED ON MONDAY! I work in property management myself, and this is ridiculous. This company is unprofessional. They should hire me to get their office into shape! RIDICULOUS. These are tactics companies use when they don't want to rent to someone. !

They just wanted to keep our deposit, I'm pretty sure. "After a tenant moves out, a landlord has 21 days to either return all of the security deposit Return the security deposit minus any deductions along with an itemized statement. The itemized statement must list what was deducted and why. If the deductions are for more than $125.00, the landlord must attach a copy of any invoices or receipts with the itemized statement. If the landlord or their employee did the work themselves, they must include a description of the work, how long it took, and the hourly rate they charged. Any rates must be reasonable. A landlord can only deduct certain items from a security deposit The landlord can deduct for: Cleaning the rental unit when a tenant moves out, but only to make it as clean as when the tenant first moved in Repairing damage, other than normal wear and tear, caused by the tenant and the tenant's guests Restoring or replacing furniture or other personal items, but only if this was included in the rental agreement and the damage isn't from normal wear and tear Generally, a landlord can keep part of the security deposit for rent owed. But there are some exceptions when a landlord can't do this. For example, a landlord can't use a security deposit to cover COVID-19 rental debt. https://selfhelp.courts.ca.gov/guide-security-deposits-california"

Honestly, it's not often you come across someone as dedicated and wonderful as you, and you've truly been an exceptional property manager for our family. From day one, you've gone above and beyond what we ever expected. We've been blown away by your constant availability - it felt like no matter what time we reached out, you were there, ready to help. And when issues did pop up, big or small, your ability to find quick and effective solutions was just incredible. It really made a huge difference to our peace of mind knowing you were always on top of things. Having rented in many places over the years, we've definitely seen it all - the good, the bad, and yes, even the ugly! But I can say without a doubt that you stand out as one of the very best people we've had the pleasure of working with. Your transparent communication, impressive efficiency, and unwavering fairness are qualities that are incredibly rare and so deeply appreciated. If anyone ever gets the chance to rent a property managed by you, we can't recommend you enough - they absolutely will not be disappointed. Our entire family is so tremendously appreciative of all your hard work and the genuine care you've shown us. We genuinely hope to continue being your tenants for a long, long time! Thank you again for everything, Gina. Your dedication to high customer service and your willingness to always go that extra mile truly make you a gem. With tons of gratitude- The Fernandez family

Without a doubt, she is the best property manager I've ever worked with. Gina is intelligent, knowledgeable, highly responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and always professional. What really stands out is her clear dedication--not only to her clients, but also to the properties she manages. It's evident in everything she does that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares. Gina stepped in to manage my property midway through an active lease when my previous property manager could no longer continue. She made what could have been a stressful transition completely seamless. On top of that, she identified and resolved multiple issues that had been overlooked by the previous manager--things I wasn't even aware of. Gina handled every single one of them with care and expertise. It quickly became clear just how well-versed she is in California's complex and constantly evolving rental laws. Her attention to detail and thoroughness are truly unmatched. Throughout our time working together, Gina consistently went above and beyond. Her professionalism and reliability gave me so much peace of mind, and I honestly don't know how I would have managed being a landlord without her support. The only reason we're no longer working with her is that we needed the property back for personal use. But if we ever decide to rent it out again--or manage any other property--Gina will absolutely be our first call. She's outstanding in every way, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.
