As a landlord I depend on them to manage all aspects of our income properties including monthly rent collections and deposits, annual income statements, maintenance requests and repairs, unit turn-overs, marketing and prospective tenant interactions, leasing processes and annual property inspections. Each of these responsibilities have been consistently executed without fail. The reason for such a great track record? THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE! You could not ask for a more attentive team of employees starting with Jay McDonald, the Director of Operations. She is responsive to every inquiry, question or concern. She provides insights and suggestions whenever I need a professional opinion. Her most important characteristic for me is her willingness to listen to any concerns I bring to her attention. She is quick to act on items that need correction or to alert another team member of an outstanding issue. In a nutshell, she has been there for my family every step of the way while we transitioned 9 years ago from a "do it yourself landlord" model into a professionally run business model. Team members Anthony Phung (maintenance supervisor) and Kevin Maguire (maintenance coordinator) handle any issues in a timely fashion so repairs get completed quickly for the tenants without having to bother me as a landlord. When needed, they communicate clearly and provides recommendations on how to proceed with appliance replacements, landscaping or emergency repairs. Kevin works more closely with us and is simply the best and we are grateful that he keeps up the properties so well. Other team members contribute to our hassle free experience by supporting the leasing side of our units. From turnovers to tenant screening to onboarding new tenants this group is simply dialed in. We appreciate the efforts that Eduardo Gonzalez, Irene Llanes, Kelly Almaguer, Travis Chu, Jonathon Moreno all put forth on our behalf. They have been 100% successful in finding quality tenants that are a perfect fit for the properties. Over the past 9 years Keyrenter has assisted us in completely remodeling 6 of the 8 units in our portfolio including extensive landscaping and hardscaping to enhance the appeal and livability of the units. I had to move away…read morerecently (where I experienced a rental home not managed by PMSV, and it was like night and day). I appreciated PMSV before, but now I truly see all they do and how much they take care of their tenants and owners. I am so excited to be moving back into the same house I was in before that's managed by PMSV. I can't wait to get back. They truly take care of their homes. The homes are spotless upon move-in with everything tested and working perfectly. And someone from PMSV comes back to the home every 6 months (at the renter's convenience) to make sure all the smoke detectors and everything else is working. They respond to every question and maintenance request lightening fast. Also my move-out walk-thru was actually fun, and I received a very fair portion of my security deposit back. Also now that I'm moving back in, I'm experiencing all the PMSV magic first hand again. They basically hold one's hand through the entire move-in process. They are a dream come true. Most of my correspondence has been with Steve McCoy who is a PMSV Property Manager, Broker, Realtor. He's a true gem. He and everyone I've encountered at PMSV is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I simply can't recommend them highly enough.

I also asked if we can sign outdoors due to Covid concerns, and her response was "It's supposed to rain on Monday." I replied that we are signing on THURSDAY. She responded with "Well, I don't want to be signing papers out in the rain." Snarky attitude noted, DeeDee. So, we'll be taking our business and FEES that we pay to the title company to a different branch. FYI, there's a 3% chance of rain for Thursday, there's a higher % chance of rain as I write this - and it is NOT raining. Way to make excuses so you don't have to actually deal with customers! They get one star because I called at 4:45 pm on a Friday and she picked up the phone. But my guess is that DeeDee won't be making that mistake again!

    Slow, sloppy, rude... not how you'd want to describe your title company. However, this is how I'd…read moredescribe this branch (Amanda Duran and Rosalie Fields, anyway) of Chicago Title. They were slow to provide the preliminary title report to my lender, so the appraisal order was delayed. They included the incorrect legal description in the title report they asked me to sign (even after the mistake had been caught by my excellent real estate agent in the preliminary report.) They acted as if we were making it up that it was wrong, and as if we were imposing upon them when we questioned it. Then, when they finally did correct the legal description, their "corrected" transcription of the surveyor's report was full of typographical errors, such as "Wast", "othe" and "Sourtherly". In addition, they asked us to sign the wrong version of a different form. I mean, this is an expensive purchase, people! You want to get it right! I don't want to have to deal with a claim that I don't have clear title to the driveway and garage! Isn't that what a title company is supposed to be good for?
