Although I told Evelyn I had two toddlers in attendance, they did not tell me until the night before our booking that they had no safety restraints for car seats, so it would have been illegal for the toddlers to ride on the bus. Thus six of our family could not attend which put a real damper on our trip. This has never happened with any other company. The bus was clean (no food allowed) and the driver was polite and prompt, but there were more negatives than positives. Never again.

Not only was the price competitive (group of 12) - the entire operation had thoughtful touches such as ice/water, trash bags, and more. I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. wonderful experience! And it's a family owned business which I like supporting. Awesome experience!

We had a blast going around to different favorite spots and not worrying about a thing. After we were dropped off and home, the boss texted our group chat, "Best. Night. EVER!" Our experience was fantastic. The only thing I'd suggest is the size and seating capacity description. We had a 40 person (max) bus. Originally 38 people had planned to go, but several dropped out that day and we were down to 31. If we had 38 I'm not sure we would all fit and if we did it would not have been a comfortable ride. We joked that young, high school prom kids would fit no problem... but a bunch of us older and fluffier people not so much :)

The driver, Zaur, was friendly, courteous, and fabulous with the kids - he arrived on time, and seamlessly took them to all the stops on the itinerary we provided. He gave me his mobile just in case we needed to get in touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience - I just hope Zaur gives the kids 5/5 stars!!! These folks came through and arrived to my location and to the airport on time. I will say an uber would have probably been cheaper, but having a chance to confirm a car offered great peace of mind.

Farid was the first to respond (he responded in less than five minutes...he was on top of things!) and sent me the information I needed. His prices were very reasonable (and a lot more reasonable than other companies that responded) and he was extremely easy to work with. I was not in the vehicle that he picked our guests up in, but one of them let me know that the vehicle (a black Mercedes sprinter) was very clean and comfortable and that Farid was extremely pleasant to be around.
