They were here within 3 hours and chewed through our snow storage and cleared the rest of the driveway of over a foot of snow in well less than an hour. Suddenly the job went to $2200, over $500 over our highest quote. We were told this was for "extra materials" for the mosaic tiles. We decided to go back to using just regular tile and somehow their price didn't change. Kelly said the $1200 price increase was due to they needed materials - Hardie Backer & Thin Set. Please see photos below. 15 square feet of Hardie Backer is $9.97 at Floor & Decor. Deluxe All-Set is $36.99 for a 50 lb bag. When we asked for a re-quote they "respectfully" bowed out of the job.
