However, I still called and spoke to Sherri, explained we didn't want a refund but to exchange for one that would fit. She was so helpful and understanding and allowed us to make an exchange. Both the employees on the floor were also helpful and assisted with the loading/unloading. I recommend this place for all your appliance needs. It is locally owned and operated. Their guy removed the part (Spider Gear), it was a bit time consuming, but I completely understood as I had just done the work to remove my own and found it disintegrating on the inner stainless tub. Nicole charged a fair price for the used replacement part, but upon removal they could not tap the bolts out. Due to the pot metal (Zinc blend) on these Spider Gears. Nicole further discounted the part, so that I could proceed to take it home and tap these bolts out myself. Ultimately, the part did not work for me, as the metal framework (being softer than the bolts) cracked as the bolts were tapped out. However I was still impressed with their professional and fair conduct with this transaction and if I need a washer/dryer or any parts in the future, I will definitely come to them first. Shawn A.

The 2nd visit was to help us figure out a leak in our washing machine caused by dog hair building up under the cover where water drains in the corner. The 3rd visit was the best of all as he saved us $3000-5000 from having to purchase a whole new microwave/oven Combo wall unit. It turns out that the door sensor for the microwave portion had died & needed to be replaced. Victor is a true professional, very pleasant & courteous. His rates are very reasonable. Record, document and video the technician, especially at this company ( caught them in a lie from…read morering cameras in the past repair 2 yrs ago and forgot this was the company or I would not have let them into the house) the moment they walk in and while they are diagnosing your appliance. Company, referred by American Home Shield, Technician, came into my house to look at a refrigerator it stopped making ice in the freezer. The freezer was still cold but not below the temperature to make ice and the fridgerator was at 40 degrees so it was probably a condenser or a fan that was probably the problem. Superior Appliance Tech started looking around at the freezer and while my wife and daughters left the room to let him do his work the technician took the ice maker out and took out a couple panels and came back to my wife with a photo and said to her that he didn't know who would have cut the wires but there were wires cut on the fan and that the service would be denied by AHS. My wife said no one is here to cut the wires and that the ice maker was working last week. He said he didn't know and that he was going to let AHS know that it was tampered with. The guy also told my wife that the fridge we had has propane and that sparks from the wires could cause the fridge to explode. He said that in front of my wife and two daughters. My wife asked him if he unplugged the refrigerator and he said that was not his job and he left our house. Job has me working out the state so I looked at the ring camera in the room and it shows the Technician going into the freezer area with wire cutters. Why do you need wire cutters if you are just trying to diagnose what's wrong. Then I thought, this guy made $125 for 10 minutes, he doesn't have to repair anything and he's now making $700 and hour for doing nothing. Stay away from this company and if AHS continues to use companies like this stay away from them as well. I'm still fighting with AHS to get my refrigerator fixed. 3 months and counting.
