Não compre carro na Atech Antes de considerar o que eu tenho passado como cliente e vê se vale a pena! Comprei um Lexus com 5 mil dólares de entrada e $250 por semana e o carro começou apresenta vários problemas tais como: elétricos, a seta não funciona, a buzina ficou um mês sem funcionar até que consertaram, mas a seta ainda não funcionava, o câmbio não identificava a marcha corretamente -O teto solar para abrir treme sem parar e veio com defeito -O carro com um mês de uso engatava a marcha quando queria funcionar e sempre que eu levava o carro eles fingiam que mexeram e não solucionava o problema -por fim com 2 meses e 3 dias o carro parou e não engatava nenhuma marcha e imediatamente paguei um Toll até ao endereço para que reparassem o Dono Adailtou disse q iria consertar e no dia suposto de buscar meu carro além da equipe dele bater com meu carro manobrando no pátio ele disse q não era culpa dele porque o carro pegou chuva sendo que por 3 dias ninguém sabia a causa real do problema desde então eu estou sem carro por 7 meses o meu acordo foi dele devolver o que eu paguei e ele quer me pagar 2 mil a menos do que me deve - o próprio dono do estabelecimento ainda ofendeu minha mãe que tinha falecido de câncer no Brasil em fevereiro total sem qualquer profissionalismo atacando em área pessoal pra justificar a irresponsabilidade da loja dele Agora não tem acordo, ingressei na corte e esse estabelecimento deverá pagar por todo dano causado desde que fiquei sem carro e eu preciso do carro pra trabalhar ou seja quero que essa mensagem alcance o máximo de pessoas possível para que muitos cidadãos de bem e honestos quanto a mim não passem por esse constrangimento e desconforto ! read more

I had a horrible experience buying a car here due to lack of communication within the office. I had to come to the dealership a total of 5 times due to lost keys, missing repairs, and lost paperwork. However, the owner was very kind and I trust him as a mechanic. I would go to this location again for repairs, but NEVER to buy a car as the sales person I worked made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Danny & Aldo @ A-Tech. I bought a used car with 100K miles. Used cars can have issues that aren't noticeable during a test drive. My car had an issue that wasn't noticed for 2 weeks. I called Danny a couple weeks after the sale and he answered. I explained the issue, he asked me to bring the car in so his staff could check it out. I met with Aldo & Danny and my car was fixed free of charge the next day. We just recently bought a car and had a positive experience. Danny, a very genuine salesperson, worked with us and made the final sale to us. He worked extremely hard to set our minds at ease, all along having an upbeat, "can do" attitude. He worked with the owner to rectify some safety concerns we had with the car prior to buying. Where do I start. Bought a F 150 in July and the recent repairs are a result of their lies. I brought truck to a mechanic prior to buying. He told me the 4 wheel drive not functioning properly, AC running a bit warm and needs a tuneup. The female salesperson( petite with auburn hair) comes off as so responsive. Of course we will take care of. Allegedly fix all three, we buy and son goes off to college. I was a bit wary of the steering wheel as well. Had too much play. Snows last week and 4WD not working. I bring it to another mechanic and the 4WD was not fixed. He said no tuneup was done either. Said the steering Will was on verge of failing completely that could have been tragic. First bill for steering wheel was $465.00. The 4WD is going to be close to 800 to fix. 9K for a truck and looking at a 1400 dollar repair for things that were "fixed" Do not walk onto this property. This lady LIED to me and put my kids safety in danger. She said everything was fixed. A tech in Medford is a sleazy operation. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!! We saw a car there and were pressured to place a deposit or they would sell it to someone else. They said they would hold the car until I could come back with a bank check. When I got the bank check I called them back and they said they sold the car already. They did not even contact me prior to selling or even after selling. I didn't even know until I called them. When I asked for my deposit they said the machine was out of paper so they can't do any transactions. They still haven't given me back the deposit. They got angry with me when I asked for my deposit back and they said they couldn't do it. These people are unreliable, dishonest, and untrustworthy to put it lightly. If i saw that all of their yelp reviews were one star except for one, I wouldn't have considered this place. Steer clear of this place as you may get scammed. read more

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My husband and I purchased a car December of 2016 and have been in a constant battle with them. We found out the car has had a transmission problem so brought the car back to get repaired... not just once but 3 times! Finally took it to a ford dealership and found out that A Tech didn't even activate the warranty we purchased from them. Therefore we brought it back to them and they told us they don't have anyone certified to do transmission work.... soooo, who has been working on it the past 3 times we've brought it back? They have failed to return our calls.... we've reached out to the owner and nothing..... Please go and buy a car somewhere else. They aren't worth the dollars saved. I promise. read more

I bought a 2011 Ford F-150 from this place about 1 1/2yrs ago. Have been going back fighting thru engine issues with them after 3months of having it. The engine supposedly had 65k miles and is burning oil....these guys sold me a lemon and I should be suing them. If anything they messed my engine up even more by overfilling the oil and with the wrong viscosity. Don't ever do business with these people. I thought they were honest when I first met them but now I know I was taken advantage of. read more

Hard to find good and honest mechanics nowadays, but this place has them! John is a great guy/mechanic who is a straight shooter and tells it like it is up front. I have been going to this place since it was located down off of Main Street. They kept getting so many repeat and new customers, they had to expand! Convenient to Medford Square and on the major bus routes for when you have to leave the car. Go see John, you won't be disappointed! read more

This is the absolute worst establishment. I wish i could give no stars. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE. Horrible customer service, shitty cars and the men working here will hang up on you so don't bother calling. Got a used truck for work and it turned out to be completely rotted among other things. Basically a death trap. My mechanic was supposed to fix my breaks and called me with a list of things that was wrong with the truck and told me not to put a dime into it, also stating it was not safe to drive and had me tow it home. Basically ATec wants nothing to do with it and is pretty much refusing to help. Avoid here at all costs. read more

Unfortunately my experience with this car dealer has been the worst. I bought a car there that didn't pass the inspection. Supposedly the car had been checked and was good for sale. When I went to a car shop for the inspect they asked me to run the car for an additional 100 miles and come back after two months . When I did that the mechanician told me that once again I needed to run 30 more miles given I didn't pass the inspection ONCE again which I did obviously. When I came back the 3rd time to that same place they said that the car didn't pass the 3rd inspection to come back after I run 100 more miles... what an irony of faith I would say .... A-Tech is not a good place to shop a car and the service was not the best . I feel that the dealer made a fool of me and would not recommend to anyone to go there . To be continued given I will meet with them next week to try to return that porquerilla ( piece of sxxx) they sold me . Don't go there !!! read more

If possible I would give them ZERO stars! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They have the worst customer service. When buying the vehicle, they told us we had a 30 day warranty. If anything went wrong, to come back and they would fix for us. The first day we took the car home, the tire sign showed up. Tried to get a hold on them over phone but every time we called, we were told that we would get a call back about bringing our vehicle into them. One day we just took it in and they said there was nothing they could do about the tires. Within that first 30days, the engine started to make a very loud noise. We took the car in again and again they said they will not be able to do anything. Mind you, we did not even drive the car because we were scared we didn't know what was going on. Our personal mechanic told us that it was a huge issue and the it was safer not to drive so we took the car back in to se if they would purchase the car back from us. They told us that the only way they would take it back is if we made another purchase from them. They were supposed to do an oil change before they gave us the vehicle but instead they only changed the sticker. When we took the car to get it checked we were told they had played us big time. We ended up junking the vehicle because we had already spent so much money on trying to get it fixed but one after another problem kept showing up and it was not worth it! So DO NOT PURCHASE!! great place if you want to be taken advantaged of. odometer reading deception, illegal practices. i wouldn't get anything from this place if they were giving it away. big difference between a car's odometer reading going from 124,000 -----paper work states 185,000 and the title recorded as 204,000 mile. not sure what math progam they use but they definitely need a new calculator. don't get scammed like i almost did. run run run as fast as you can or you will be scammed read more
