I recently placed an online order and paid an additional $0.25 to try the creamy cilantro sauce. I remember the sauces being free in the past, but I didn't think much of the small charge. However, when I picked up my order at the front counter, the sauce wasn't included with my food, so I had to go back and ask for it. The staff was helpful in getting it for me, so I appreciated that. Unfortunately, when I finally sat down to enjoy my meal, I discovered someone's hair in the sauce I had paid extra for. Finding a hair in food is already extremely unsettling, but especially in a sauce that had just been handed to me separately at the counter, it raised concerns about the cleanliness and food-handling practices. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I'm not expecting perfection. However, having multiple issues with a single order, first the missing sauce and then finding a hair in it, made this visit particularly disappointing. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback, because I've enjoyed coming here over the years and would expect better attention to quality and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth... literally.

I don't know what magic they use, but they're incredible, and you must get some. We also got a churro filled with dulce de leche, and it came out nice and hot with lots of cinnamon sugar coating. I didn't love the dulce de leche filling for some reason - maybe I got spoiled by spending time in Argentina - so next time I'll likely go for the regular churro.
