A Star Limo - Cars - Limos Near Me

Thank you for taking me last minute. Pick up was smooth from the airport and got to my destination quick.

OMG! This was my best birthday ever! I just turned 21 and my friends ordered a limo for me for that day! Our car was just fantastic! Alihan was on time, he played my favorite music and was ok with us screaming, yelling and drinking - and that`s the best part! He had a bottle of champagne ready for me to celebrate my 21st birthday! I will be def getting back to A star Limo services read more

From the minute I first talked to Alihan, I knew the trip would be amazing. We must have talked on the phone for 20-30 minutes. Such a nice, polite man who is hilarious and charismatic. Just a very genuine person. Once we got off the phone, he sent me an email with a list of wineries with links that we looked through and chose what we wanted to see. We get into the limo, Alihan has a bottle of champagne waiting and a jazz CD that went perfectly with the drive up from the San Francisco fog to the Napa valley vines. He was incredibly knowledgeable not only of the vineyards there but also the history of the whole are, the who's who of the area from all eras. He even recommended the last winery we went to and got us an appointment very last minute and it ended up being one of the best we went to that day. All in all, Alihan put the perfect day for us and the perfect day for me to propose to my now fiancee. I now recommend Million Services to everyone who asks about Napa. It was truly the best tour we could have asked for and will be talked about for the rest of our lives. This trip deserves every bit of the 5 stars I'm giving it and more. Thank you so much. read more

I did a lot of research on limo rentals in San Francisco and A Star Limo caught my eye. The positive yelp reviews, the price, the super responsive owner...everything made me choose them for my friend's 30th birthday party trip up to Napa. Ali is amazing. He delivers on customer service, both before the reservation and during. He was prompt (even a bit early) for our booking, professional and courteous. He made the day a breeze and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend them to any one looking for a limo rental. Because trust me, there are a lot of shady limo companies out there. So call off the search and just book A Star Limo. Seriously. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again, Ali. You rock. read more

A great, reliable, friendly, and clean black car / limo service. Ali is very professional and very punctual. I would recommend for all your private driver needs. I've tried Uber and it's hit or miss but with A Star Limo I know i'm always getting good consistent quality. Forget Uber....they're some times rude or the car is in bad nasty condition. read more

Finally, a limo service I can recommend when out-of-town guests ask me how I would get to Napa/Sonoma! Since I've lived here, I've tried a number of different services with a mixed bag of results. A Star was BY FAR the best limo service I have used in the Bay Area. The limo itself was nice - average in looks, features, etc. But the service is what totally makes A Star stand out above the others. Everything was very easy from booking all the way through the day of our trip. The folks on the phone were super helpful and friendly. Our driver, Alex (Alihan?), was a total rock star. He made us feel welcome and totally taken care of from moment one. He was attentive, funny, efficient and professional. He personally made sure every bit of our trip went smoothly: - He stocked, cleaned, and restocked the limo between stops - He always dropped us off and picked us up just at the right time and place - He knew where everything was, including sightseeing stops, the vineyards, and shortcuts - He takes phenomenal great photos, and takes the time to make sure they were posed and framed right - When he noticed someone in the group was walking around with a jacket or sunglasses, he would offer to take the things back to the limo to make our tour more comfortable; likewise, he offered to retrieve things from the limo if we needed them - He took the time to make sure the controls were working, and we knew how to use them. Instead of shouting back to us how to to something, he would pull over and come show us how to do something. - He also took care to make sure we had plenty of water at the end of our day. The transportation experience can absolutely make or break a wine trip, and I'm happy to report that our day was MADE. Thanks to Alex and A Star for a phenomenal day. read more

Alihan at A Star Limo was great! He took a group of us from SF to Napa and back with ease. He was accommodating, kind and professional. He has agreed to drop our group off in 1 location in downtown SF. But when a irate childish person in our group pleaded to dropped off in Oakland, Alihan was extremely nice and helped him out. Alihan then dropped the rest of our group off at our desired destinations in SF. He did not even ask for extra money! We of course showed our gratitude with a tip anyways. I would HIGHLY recommend A Star Limo. A Great choice! read more

I have used this company -- and specifically been driven by Alihan -- a couple times, and they always wow me with their competitive prices, fun party ready and very clean and feature-full limos, and awesome customer service. I was once trying to surprise my sister with a limo ride after dinner, and our dinner ended up taking two hours longer than I expected. Alihan just texted me every now and then to make sure we were on track, and then swooped in to pick us up right on schedule, and drove us all around the city. I also used them to go to Napa for my boyfriends birthday with all his best friends - they quoted me a great hourly rate that included tolls, tips, and stuck exactly to it with no surprises. Alihan drove us around for hours and got us exactly where we wanted to go. Also, just to emphasize how awesome it is having a professional and pleasant and excellent driver, these guys are the best. Their limos are new and have sound systems, sparkling lights, tvs, etc., and it's a fun and safe way to get around for a special occasion! read more

We took a limo for our Christmas party and the owner Alihan has provided us with outstanding level of customer service! For a very competitive price you can get a really luxury ride. The limo was very clean and Alihan was polite and professional, that you won't see very often in SF. I'd definitely recommend A Star Limo to anybody who is looking for inexpensive and luxury ride. read more

I hired A Star Limo for my friend's San Francisco bachelorette weekend back in May. Ali was our driver, and he was fantastic! He was so easy to work with: he communicated easily (via phone and text once he arrived at our hotel), was courteous, kind and professional. He dropped us off and picked us up at our various spots in the city- dinner, then dancing, then drinks, then back to the hotel. He had this great system where he asked that I text him 10 minutes before we would like to be picked up, and he was always there 10 minutes later waiting out front! The cost for 8 hours was actually quite reasonable, as I looked around at a bunch of different limo companies. The limo even included a bottle of champagne, which was a nice surprise for our bachelorette party! I would HIGHLY recommend Ali-- truly world class customer service! read more

A Star Limo service is excellent, especially Ali! He gave us a very reasonable price, arrived on time for both pick-ups, told us to take our time even when we were running a little late, and gave us a little tour around San Francisco. Ali is one of the most friendly and happy people I know - I would never call anyone else for limo service! read more

I was organizing a company trip and contacted a few limousine companies, but Alihan at A Star Limo was the most professional by far. From booking the trip on the phone to dropping us off at our last location, he was incredibly accommodating. He arrived early to pick the seven of us up in San Francisco at our office and dropped us off in Napa for the weekend. We also arranged for him to pick us up at the end of the trip to take us back to San Francisco from Napa. Alihan was our driver and was early both times, making sure that we didn't have to wait. He even loaded our bags with care as he told us to make ourselves comfortable inside the air-conditioned limo, as it was a warm day outside. He had a few bottles of champagne chilling for us yet again for the ride home. He was incredibly flexible when we asked him to make a couple stops dropping us back in San Francisco. Always had a smile on his face and was incredibly polite. It was the perfect start and end to our weekend in Napa. I would not hesitate in recommending A Star Limo and Alihan to anyone I know. We had such a great experience and I wouldn't even think of using another limo company for any type of event. Thank you so much! Can't wait to use A Star Limo again. read more

After doing a lot of researching, we found A Star Limo and couldn't have asked for a better company for our wine tour to Napa. Ali was amazing; he recommended great locations to visit and was both friendly and professional. I would recommend using this service to anyone! I'll definitely be using again! read more

One of the best limo services I have ever used. I acquire the limo from them for my Napa tour and the service was much better then big companies I have used in the past. Car came in 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time, driver was very professional and very friendly. With vine in our hands, we didn't feel a single bump incide the car. Thanks again for everything. I will definitely use this limousine service again. A is really lives up for its name. read more

My wife uses car service often, and can be picky. " The driver talked the whole trip" kind of stuff. So when we were going to Kauai, she asked me to book car service. I was parking downtown, and saw the lot had Towncars and limos parked there. I booked a 6 am pick up and an 11 pm sunday return pick up. Both were flawless. Clean car, professional driver, no cologn smell, no long waite at the airport. We were picked up on the curb with in 2 minutes of getting our bags. A week later when my wife flew to New York, we called Alihan at A Star, booked another 11 pm pick up. Perfect again! I highly recommend A Star Limo. I will keep using myself. read more

I ordered an SUV to take some visitors to SFO yesterday. Since it was my first time with A Star Limo and my visitors were staying elsewhere, Cow Hollow, I was a bit nervous about them getting there on time etc.. I dealt with both Jamal and Alikhan on the phone and both were so reassuring that everything would go well. My visitors, who are now in Las Vegas wrote that the car and Jamal were both wonderful and the service couldn't have been better. The price was right and the communications and service rate 10 stars. Thanks so much. read more

This is the best services ever! Great service and comfortable new car! Very nice and friendly driver helps me with everything! I totally recommend this service! read more

As far as limo service goes, it's all about the people. A star Limo was very communicative through the whole process and treated me and my family as if we were their family. The driver went out of his way to find me and deliver my wife's jacket that was left in the car. No sense in calling anyone else. A Star Limo will be my only choice for a private driver in the bay area. read more

This guy literally had the most relaxed vibes not pushy and had a great attitude. My SUV airport ride was excellent!!!! Jamal is the best personal driver out there !!! read more

I forgot to book a limo for my wedding! At the last minute, I called A Star Limo for help. They are awesome, flexible, and affordable. I explained when and where my wife needed to be picked-up, and where she was headed (the beach for our wedding). They adjusted another driver's schedule to accommodate our event! Additionally, they were still easily the best rate I could find. They are very professional and helpful; the limo was really cool and came with free champagne! If you need a limo service, call these guys! read more

Alex at A Star Limo was awesome. My daughter's flight kept getting delayed from NYC to SFO. I could not stay up to get her and did not want her to take a Uber at 3 in the morning. I tried to arrange a pick up from various car services, but b/c it I was last minute, no luck. Alex picked up his phone right away. He had many clients lined up, but he was willing to wait for my daughter's flight to arrive even though it kept getting delayed further. He was prompt, super nice to my daughter, and got her home safe. His price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Alex from A Star Limo. read more

This was a great experience for our day trip to Napa and Sonoma a few months ago. It was so easy to plan it and I made the reservation a few days before the trip. My girlfriends and I were able to get a black SUV all day including water, iPod setup for music, and driver who was flexible with the schedule. The price charged was very reasonable per hour compared with the other transportation providers I called. It was such a great experience with an attentive, courteous driver. Will definitely use these guys again! read more
