Their website states that substitutions will be of equal or higher value and that the overall theme and integrity of the arrangement will remain intact. The arrangement I purchased did not fulfill this promise. For example, in the website picture of the arrangement, there are 8-9 roses. In the delivered arrangement there are 3. Multiple other details are missing and the final product was a sad downgrade to the original. I don't take giving poor reviews lightly as I know this is someone's livelihood. I wrote the owner to express my dissatisfaction and was basically dismissed. I am posting the website arrangement and the delivered product. Buyer beware.

A Wildflower Shop has done really great on flower arrangements, delivering them and sending me a picture of the beautiful arrangements placed at his headstone. They have even done more. My husband and I had our last dog together and I requested a remembrance for him as well. They complied and I have been very pleased and happy to be one of their customers.
