The morning of the funeral for my step-mom I walk in and NO WREATH, STAND OR INSIDE CASKET FLOWERS! Kassly had to drive up there that morning and pick them up for us. Added stress for an already hectic day. mueller even charged me a delivery fee. NO ANSWER on their phones and no voice mail.
