So far Mike has been extremely communicative throughout the process of fixing my broken pool/spa heater. The project isn't complete yet however I would like to leave a review based on his communication and knowledge thus far. Mike came out on a Saturday and ran a diagnostic test (yes, there is a fee but every co charges one) and provided me with the possible options we had. He told me he would get back to me by Monday if he found the part he thinks may be the issue. Mike reached out to me on Monday as promised and told me he found the control board. He also provided me with the price of the total repair for this (thank you!). We have another appointment scheduled and I'm keeping my fingers crossed the new control board will fix the problem. Overall: I'm impressed with Mike's professionalism, his knowledge, and his honesty. He showed up on time as promised! He's efficient and overall nice guy!! I'll update this review once the repairs are made, yay!! for the fix!!

He repaired a massage chair that had been broken for many years and had seen many chair repair specialists. The last specialist said that he wasn't going to start a business manufacturing parts for old panasonic chairs. Mike was able to fashion a workable part that is no longer produced by Panasonic. I'd recommend him, but if I do the next time I call him I'll have a long wait. His business is new and he came out the morning I called. He is going to be very successful and very busy. His charge for an estimate was ridiculously low 35$ and subtracted from any work cost.

We were very happy with our pool service and our technicians. Over the years we had a number of different techs come out and we had to notify them that we had Huskies and to please close our gate when they were finished, we never had any issues. Well this week we received notice that Pristine was no longer going to be cleaning our pool. No reason, just no longer cleaning our pool. We then called Pristine (Kristi) and asked why they were stopping our service. Kristi stated that the new tech's are tired of walking to the front door and asking us to unlock the side gate so they could service the pool. The new tech was also unhappy because the bag on our pool sweep had a hole in it and I fixed it with a metal clip. So Pristine chose to not service our pool any longer and dropped us. I really thought we had a good relationship with Joe and Kristi but I guess not. Apparently, we were low on their priority list and that's why they dropped us. Good luck with your business, but you won't be getting any more referrals from us.
