I've had a climate controlled unit in Philadelphia in the past that had a severe dust problem. No dust here. I keep family antiques that are quite old as we rebuild, and every time I stop thru the unit, the furniture and our contents are still clean, with minimal dust. Facility is gated but access is 24-7. Have used the Uhaul as well with excellent service of the folks in the office. They sell moving supplies which is always helpful. Can't recommend this facility highly enough.

I think you might pay a tiny amount more for chemicals here compared to box stores but I think they carry better quality (less junk filler) and you are getting their expertise. If you have no clue what you're doing with pool chemistry/general pool stuff, it is SO easy to waste money by adding incorrect chemicals.

Four of us came in from out of town to ride this weekend and one bike had an issue with the pedal and crank threads. This store was the only store who had the helicoil thread repair we needed in stock but they were too backed up in their service department to work on the bike same day. We asked instead if we could buy the part we needed and take it to another store who had capacity to fix it today. They refused to sell us the part. We even offered to buy the part and pay for an hour of labor without them needing to do the labor to compensate them for their time. They still refused and when they saw how disappointed we were they smiled and said have a nice day as we were leaving as if to say how happy they were that they would not help us get back on the mountain today. Btw, the woman we were talking to said she was the manager so this wasn't a case of just an ill advised employee but rather just bad management decision. Advice to the owner and management of this store: try harder. Customer service is important. You should care more about your customers. Needless to say, we won't be going back to this store. I would not advise that you do either. Unless bad customer service is what you are seeking.
