This review is NOT based on quality of products or fast delivery, those both deserve 5-stars Plus…read more After having placed an order a few months ago, I again placed another order and encountered what i consider to be an ILLEGAL SCAM. They utilize something called Shop by Shopify, which I had never heard of. Why do I call it an ILLEGAL SCAM? Because AFTER you place your order, you are informed that your data has been saved by Shopify. Not BEFORE, never with your permission, and never with your consent. I wrote both InkPixi and Shopify, complaining about this blatant invasion of my privacy. Both replies said that to avoid this, I should check out as guest, as only account holders have information saved. A blatant LIE! I did check out as a guest, I do NOT have an account with InkPixi! InkPixi's response did include a link to have my data removed, but that will take about 30-days, when it should have never been saved in the first place. Again, this is NOT a review of the products of InkPixi, which are of excellent quality. This is a review of what I consider to be an ILLEGAL SCAM of a business practice.

I'm always up for an amazing local novelty tee. I will search out just about anywhere I can to…read moregrab one. I don't mean some Pittsburgh themed shirt that you can find on any shelf, but local shops that specialize in tees that are made just for their shop. I love finding a shirt that gets people talking and of course the compliments that come with them. One day recently when I had time to walk the streets of Oakland I made sure that I made a stop here. I knew of this place in only that it existed. I also knew that this place dealt with creating and producing designs if you are in need of that. But I was not here for that. I walked in and it is a rather small place for shopping, but that's not what this place is designed to do. They are basically here to serve you with your needs. There are two desks as you walk in that have people sitting at to help you through the process of designing you soon to be one of a kind shirt. Along with that there are a few wall racks and floor racks with shirts specifically designed for Pitt and Pittsburgh for purchase, that's what I was here for. I browsed the racks and had to make a tough decision. Their designs are great and I really wanted more than one but I was refraining because I know that I go overboard when it comes to tees. The pricing is the norm and quite honestly you are able to find a steal of a deal here. I walked out with a shirt that asks, "Yinz want fries on that?" How perfect is that for a Pittsburgh novelty shirt? Accurate.

I sent several screen printing companies in the area a request for a quote of approximately what I needed. KSW not only got back to me the fastest, but they also gave me the most information, most professional quote, and were the most polite plus they had a great price. I was a big pain in the butt asking for 6 different quotes changing amounts and types and styles. Garrett was fantastic keeping all my information in order and trying his best to find me exactly what I wanted. After putzing around getting my boss to finalize a decision I signed my quote and off it went. 3 or 4 days later I realized that I had made a mistake and needed something different than the quote said and I called them about it. They were very understanding and were able to fix my order and still get it to me on time. The work is fantastic, I will always be getting my screen printing and embroidery with KSW. I have ordered again from them and plan to do so in the future.

With the advent of mass production and idiot proofing of products for safety and convenience, we…read morehave started to forget certain skills that used to be essential. Now so many of the tools that we use is a day's production and in such large quantities that there is no longer uniqueness in much of our everyday life. Of course you can always learn to drive a manual transmission car... but then the car is most likely mass produced. With Robert Williams Custom Straight Razors you can now hone those forgotten shaving skills using a blade that can just as easily remove your stubble as your skin cells. More than that Robert Williams is a true artist. His custom made straight razors are examples of creative craftsmanship. I have wanted a straight razor for a long time but did not know there were so many choices and options available. I decided to go with Robert Williams after talking to him on the phone and seeing his gallery of razors on his website. I told him I was a newbie and he took his time answering my questions and giving me suggestions on the options. In the end he and I worked workout a unique truly design. I decided that instead of just a tool to shave with I wanted a piece of artwork - a family heirloom: * 7/8" razor French point blade with a mirror finish * Bright cut scrollwork on spine * Elite swallowtail * Abalone inlaid on tang and scale (handle) * Black giraffe bone scale Next time? After order confirmation, then informed me, they could have it available for pickup 90 minutes from where they said it would be available. In addition, I was on chat with customer service and the moment I asked for a cancellation and a refund, they never responded, although previously responding expeditiously. This is typical bait and switch. Do not order from them under any circumstances.

Their website is highly misleading about pick-up locations. It's a bait-and-switch.
