The man I spoke with was rude and talked over me the entire time. When uniforms were ordered, the team was never told about a back order. Now another team has received their full uniform and ours has not. I get told I can call another company and complain. I think not. It's your supplier...you handle it. I dealt with you not them. My son is disappointed that he won't have a uniform until probably half the basketball season is over. I'm disappointed that there are still companies out there that have no regard for customer service and take no ownership of problems.
