Many Albanians take off the "j" from their last names or spell their names differently (by 1-2 letters) and use aliases once they settle in the U.S. Many of his family members have rap sheets for burglary, murder, drug trafficking, kidnapping, possession of a deadly weapon and etc.. even a judge and prosecutor turned up dead during a murder trial with the D.A's assistant coincidentally "blowing out his knee during a game of basketball" due to one of his family member shooting his daughters husband dead.
All of his Albanian employees are either blood related or related through marriage to a more very dangerous family (Berishas' and Krasniqis') . They will break into tenants apartments even if you change your locks and don't supply them with a key. They'll just come in other ways including through the windows that they break the locks and unscrew the window panels. They use electronic stalking devices too, there's definitely a transmitter on the properties and they purposely damage the units to force tenants to leave besides they just incompetent workers who are unlicensed morons, including turning off heat and hot water during freezing temperatures if you complain about the terrible housing conditions. Baki even shut off an elderly tenants utilities for nonpayment of rent but the police made him turn it back on.
Majority of the buildings are rent stabilized but that's something he won't tell prospective tenants. He overcharges tenants and illegally converts rooms to justify the rental prices as well as uses manipulation tactics to get tenants to pay a year in advance rent. Numerous tenants have stated that they've witnessed his agents trespassing without given prior notice. I have personally witnessed this as well with multiple break ins. I have evidence of Baki being behind this BUT the Albanian mafia has Westchester, Bronx and Queens in their pockets so the police will do everything in their power to turn their heads and be completely useless. So, if you are in need of protection contact internal affairs. Mind you they use subtle methods that might make you look crazy if a stupid patrol officer came out to check and sees something like a red dot on your window, zip tags or random materials tied in a loop for casing, or what seem to be a random big mineral rock outside your window ledge. They are clever enough to do crimes undetected and make you look crazy or leave you running in fear if you even make it out alive. They tend to try and make things look like an accident. So if you have a hole in your stoves gas line, broken locks, defective smoke and co detector, your vehicles starts acting funny especially the wheel is loose, tires slashed etc... it probably was done purposely. He is SUPER PETTY!
The FBI should also be closing in on these degenerates it's not difficult to notice how they buy up pre-war buildings and then attach new construction to the older buildings. Use the state and city incentives for loans and tax deductions lying about rent stabilized units all to just profit more without barely putting funds into the actual buildings. Then there's mold that they paint over, lead in the apartments, holes for rodents and pests to enter the premises, leaks from the ceiling, furnaces and not to mention you're being surveilled by him and his people. He likes to have at least one of his "people" on each floor of his buildings. Theres even hidden places were tenants don't have access to but they do even elevator shafts hidden behind the walls in apartments. They're totally doing underground and above ground crime! The locations of the buildings are just too obvious and convenient to exit routes.
As for calling CPS on tenants Ive also witnessed that as well for him being reported and not giving back rent deposits and forging documents including leases. Creating fraudulent certified mail letters by sending it back to sender using a home printer to make it look like the tenant didn't respond to an important document. Also lying to anyone who will listen including a police office, judicial departments, IRS, City, State etc.. because he doesn't have any evidence to back up his B.S. STAY AWAY. read more
