The pools (outdoor) are not heated so the water temp drops with the cooler nights; however, the hot tub is still great! Goats and a cute friendly donkey on the other side that my kids love. Big shady trees, the price is $400 monthly right now and includes all electric, WiFi, water, sewage. It's a smaller RV Park which I prefer because it is quiet and safe. Neighbors are friendly and sweet to my kids. Rolling hills and beautiful vegetation around make this private and no road noise.

The sites are a good size, they do not have fire rings on each site, but they have about four large communal fire pits that we used nightly with the 3 other families. They have very small sheds that you're supposed to be able to use for storage that are the size of a closet. They don't allow dog fences they don't allow you to put anything out basically. Other than the clubhouse and pool that's the only thing this place has going for it and it's extremely expensive. It's an adult park, which is fine, but they do not allow any children on the premises that includes your grandchildren coming to visit anybody under the age of 18. So if you have family, you definitely don't want to stay here.

I moved here from a country setting in Tennessee, so I appreciate the squirrels, the chirping birds, the occasional train whistle in the far distance.
