The pools (outdoor) are not heated so the water temp drops with the cooler nights; however, the hot tub is still great! It's a smaller RV Park which I prefer because it is quiet and safe. Neighbors are friendly and sweet to my kids. Rolling hills and beautiful vegetation around make this private and no road noise.

The sites are a good size, they do not have fire rings on each site, but they have about four large communal fire pits that we used nightly with the 3 other families. This is a gorgeous RV park. You can tell they put a lot of work in daily. Everyone we met on staff was super friendly, and welcoming. As we walked our dog other campers were also very friendly. And a welcoming goodie bag w dog treat when we arrived too. I hope we travel through again for longer than 4 days next time. I wish all RV parks were like this!

They have very small sheds that you're supposed to be able to use for storage that are the size of a closet. They don't allow dog fences they don't allow you to put anything out basically. Other than the clubhouse and pool that's the only thing this place has going for it and it's extremely expensive. It's an adult park, which is fine, but they do not allow any children on the premises that includes your grandchildren coming to visit anybody under the age of 18. So if you have family, you definitely don't want to stay here.

I moved here from a country setting in Tennessee, so I appreciate the squirrels, the chirping birds, the occasional train whistle in the far distance.
